Dear Consumer Complaint Authority
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a fraudulent transaction I have unfortunately become a victim of.
On [insert exact date if available], I paid a sum of ₹2700 through an online platform claiming to provide food license services for a duration of 2 years for my food cart. After making the payment, I realized that the website was fraudulent and not affiliated with the official Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or any authorized licensing body.
Since making the payment, I have made multiple attempts to contact the operators of the website via both email and phone, but I have received no response whatsoever. This strongly indicates that the website is run by scammers with the intention of deceiving people seeking legitimate services.
Here are the details of the transaction:
Amount Paid: ₹2700
Purpose: Food license for 2 years (for a food cart)
Date of Transaction: 13May25
Website Name/URL: foodlicenseportal.org
Payment Method/Transaction ID:[protected]]
I kindly request your intervention to investigate this matter and take appropriate legal action against the operators of the fraudulent website. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in recovering the amount I have lost.
Please let me know if you require any further details or documents to proceed with this complaint.
Thank you for your time and support. Was this information helpful? |
