After making the payment, I realized that the website was fraudulent and not affiliated with the official Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) or any authorized licensing body.
Since making the payment, I have made multiple attempts to contact the operators of the website via both email and phone, but I have received no response whatsoever. This strongly indicates that the website is run by scammers with the intention of deceiving people seeking legitimate services.
