We placed an order for two football jerseys on 23rd April and it's status is still showing processing. Infact even after raising complain they never addressed my issue. Their site doesn't generate any service request Id that you can quote and ask for further update. Last update which I received is on 9th May.
We want our money back at the earliest. We also want you to take some action against that ecommerce site so that they don't cheat customers . You can check that there are so many complaints registered against them and still they are able to run their business. There must be some provision to stop these companies and they must face some actions. This is so unfair that this kind of business is still running and they are cheating customers. Issues which we face;
1. Not delivering order, neither refunding
2. Not updating customer about the current status..
3. Customer care number never works.
4. No service request generates so they don't have to do anything for customer complaints.
