The jersey was paid for online but it’s been over 10days and the order still hasn’t been dispatched. Despite my many attempts at contacting them they never replied either.

I have ordered a Jersey on 22 nd June and it should have been delivered till now, it has been more than the day promised but I don’t get any mail replies nor their customer support picks up call . It’s a prepaid order . I have already paid them but they have taken my money but dont show any status. Now I have read about people review of this site and want it delivered or else just give my refund . If its taking more days than 2-3 kindly...

I have placed an order on 6th June from football monk my order number is 72357 and it's been more than 15 days and I haven't received my order neither any update regarding order is provided to me nor they are replying to emails or picking up the phone.They are not providing the option of cash on Delivery and take payment in advance .

I have placed an order on 4th June and after that there is not a single update given by them. Its showing PROCESSING ever since. And the payment is also done online....

I have ordered Football jersey from Football monk site on 30th May, 2022 for Rs. 799, order no. 71341.
I didn't received the order yet, however they show it has been delivered.
and it show delivered to some person named Hany which i dont know and they are not even responding on there customer support no. and they have given wrong mail ID on there website.

Courier Service : DTDC also not responding and closed my query Ticket without any proper investigation or resolve.

I had ordered a customized jersey from their website on[protected]. I had made calls, requested and waited until[protected].
That's when they told me, they are out of stock and it may take upto another 2 weeks.
I asked them " why didnt you notify this to me earlier?"
That's when I asked them for a refund, for which they agreed asked for my UPI-ID on[protected].
It's been 7 days since then. Not picking up calls,...

We placed an order for two football jerseys on 23rd April and it's status is still showing processing. Infact even after raising complain they never addressed my issue. Their site doesn't generate any service request Id that you can quote and ask for further update. Last update which I received is on 9th May.
We want our money back at the earliest. We also want you to take some action against that ecommerce site so that...

My order I'd 66278 which got cancelled own it's own even though I had filled all the credentials needed
They are neither responding to calls or to any emails
It's been more than a week since I had placed my order but it still says product status is cancelled.
Try to resolve this issue as soon as possible...

I ordered two jerseys on March 16' 22 paying the full amount upfront and today it's April 6. It's been 21 days but the order has still not been delivered yet.

There is no update from there end as well. They sent a tracking ID but that does not work. It says the order is processing ever since.

I Emailed them and messaged them through their contact us page but I did not get any response from there as well. I tried...

Received the order within a week. And I'm happy for that. But they sent a wrong products . It's been 4 days now, wrote an Email no response. The ph# provided in the website isn't even a valid number.

Don't bother using their website. I ordered Argentina away jersey with Messi print on 27th of November. For the package delivery itself they took 20 odd days and even for that I had to collect the package from the hub. When i opened the package, it was normal jersey, not the one which I ordered, when i wrote a mail to them, they asked me to send the image of the jersey and that's it. No response since then from their side whatsoever

I Ordered a Customised Chelsea Home Jersey from their site on the 4th of November . It was a prepaid order .

Firstly, i received it on the 20th of Novmeber instead of on the 10th of November when it was promised . Very late and poor delivery system .
Secondly, on their site, they assure you that shorts will be included with every order . but when i opened my package, it was only the jersey .
I contacted the helpline number the very next day but it ringed once and cut automatically . So, i resorted to contact them via their official email .
I got my first reply from them through email about 5 days after i sent them an email, they said that they had some stock issue with the shorts and promised to dispatch it within the next 4-5 days . Fast forward to 10 days and i still haven't received anything from them . So, i emailed them again about it, 5 days...still response from them, so i emailed them AGAIN with the same issue, after 4 more days they replied saying they'll dispatch it asap . so i waited again, and till now haven't received anything from them . They won't even reply to my emails now .
This company is a big scam . don't buy football jerseys from here

Ordered jersey and shorts worth ₹999 from the store - Manchester United Third Kit customised.

They were supposed to send out the shipping details within 4-5 days. I am still to receive any updates from the site and the customer care is not responding to my emails or calls.

Order a jersey in September, its been 3 months and I haven’t heard from them.. tried contacting them on mail, calls but no response. It was a prepaid order of 900 approx. order id is 48422.

So, I paid them online through upi, but after payment the website showed that your order has failed but the money was taken from my account.
I tried to reach them through their phone number and mail but I didn't get any response...

Requested for a product exchange. Paid the courier charges for return. Even after returning in perfect condition, haven't received the product yet.

- 1 Both T-Shirt and shorts are not dispatched yet (52732)

I ordered a jersey on Football Monk website, but when the product arrived it was missing shorts even though on website its clearly stated that short pants are included with the jersey kit . Also the size was too large and color I ordered was different. I called the called the customer support who told me to write an email to the company . I recieved no response . But now when I try to call the customer support, my call automatically disconnects . This website is fraudulent! I want my money refunded!

I ordered an M size jersey but got an XL size. I mailed them video and photo as a proof of my order and the shirt i recieved. They are not responding, pathetic service.

It's been a month since I ordered a jersey from this website. I called them 10 times, emailed them 5 times. No response. It said customized jerseys take 5-6 days to get dispatched. My friend ordered a jersey from the same website in COD mode, he received his jersey in 2 weeks. Mine was online payment, and it's been a month.

Is there anything I can do to claim a refund?
Please help!...

I ordered a customized jersey on 5th octover 2021. On their website, it says "customized jerseys are dispatched within 4-5 days." However, today is October 19th( 2 weeks) and when I go to track my order, it still says "processing". When I first called their customer support, the person said we will dispatch by Monday(18th October) today is 19th and they still have not dispatched. This website is a total scam DO NOT order anything from this website. Instead, order from a real well known company to avoid getting scammed. Today I sent an email demanding a refund, I will update you guys when I get a response.
