I placed an order for a t-shirt on 21st February 2025 from FootballMonk through their official website. Despite multiple follow-ups over the last three months, the order has not been delivered. Each time I contacted their customer support, I received only template responses stating that the order was delayed and that the refund would be credited within 2 working days. However, even after repeated assurances, no refund has been processed till date. This is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act.
