Complaint:

I placed an order for a customised Real Madrid 2017-18 Retro Jersey on 2nd March 2025 from Football Monk’s website. I paid ₹1699 online at the time of purchase. It has now been over 40 days and I have still not received the jersey. The tracking link provided shows no proper update and the company has stopped responding.

This is highly unprofessional and feels like a scam. I demand either:
1. Immediate delivery of the product, or
2. Full refund without any further delay.

If no action is taken within 2 days, I will escalate this issue further through social media and legal channels. I request the Consumer Forum to intervene and take necessary action against the seller.

I ordered a jersey from the company named FootballMonk on July 2, 2024. It was to arrive within 2–3 business days but the jersey haven't arrived yet, even though i have prepaid for it.Today is July 28, 2024 and there has been no response to the numerous emails i have sent them.

I haven't received the below jersey on order #141592.

I had ordered & paid for 3 jerseys and they sent only 2 no response on multiple emails sent & raised complaints through their website.

I placed an order 10 days ago and have still not received the product. When I checked with shiprocket website it says that the order is cancelled. I haven't received any refund, not have I received any news regarding the cancellation of my order. My emails are also going unanswered. I've already paid 999 through UPI. I've been scammed.

I had ordered tshirt from Football Monk website on 20th Dec and it was prepaid order. But product is yet received even I am not able to canceled my order.

I tried to purchase phone case from footballmonk but my order #78864 got failed but they didn't refund my 299rs amount.

I ordered for 2 jersys
1. Ajax size medium
2. England size medium

Ajax was delivered totally opposite to what shown on website and england delivered with smaller size.
I reported the issue through email with the pictures and was acknowledged that they will arrange a pick-up.
After multiple follow ups over email and phone, got no response.
Finally got a response saying issue with pick-up and they are trying.

Delivered on: 10/7/22

Reported on same day with pictures, followed up on 14/7/22.
Received a reply on 15/7/22, will arrange a pick-up.

Till date no one called or came for pick-up.
I can’t use the jersys at all.

Please help me get my refund.

Don't buy jerseys from this platform as it is utter fraud. Customer care doesn't respond to calls and emails. I waited for 2 weeks after placing the order, but never received it. Luckily I received my refund. But I would suggest everyone to refrain from purchasing from this website

I had ordered a jersey in The Month Of September 2021 And When The Order Was Delivered The Jersey Shorts Were Missing Which They Had Assured Would Be Delivered With Jersey. I Started Contacting Them From The Month Of November Via Email And Now its The Month Of March 2022, They Still Haven't Delivered My Shorts. Football Monk Always Gave Me Reasons Like "The Item Is Out Of Stock", "Will Dispatch It By Next Week", Etc Etc. And Now After Being Fed Up With Their Excuses, When I Asked Them For The Refund For The Shorts, They Have Stopped Answering My Mail.

I placed an order on 12 Nov 2021. Order #54399. It just shows processing from one week and the contact number provided is also not working. No response to emails either. Looks like a genuine site but a complete SCAM.

I would like to inform that, I am really disappointed with the service of Footballmonk.in, where I didn't received the complete items which I had ordered from their website (footballmonk.in) and also didn't kept their assurance as they have mentioned in their website regarding the Jersey Shorts. I had ordered 03 items, in which I received only 02 Jersey T-Shirts, ie, Premium Quality Manchester United Home Kit 2021-22 & Premium Quality PSG Home Kit 2021-22, both Size L. The item which I didn't received is Premium Quality Bayern Munich Away Kit 2021-22, Size L and also didn't received any of the Shorts, as they have assured in their website. I tried to reach them in the given contact number[protected] in their website, but the number is not reachable. I had even sent an email ([protected]@footballmonk.in) to them regarding my issues, but there is no response from them.

Placed an order with Footballmonk about a month back, still haven't received the order and no response has been received from the team over phone or mail. They are very difficult to reach and would never recommend anyone to ever place an order over the website.

I ordered a customised jersey on 27th august but it hasn’t been processed yet. On site it says that it’ll dispatch in 4-5 days but its still in processing. Order number #45196

I've mailed them but never got a response about the delivery date. I haven't received a delivery date. They never pick up their customer care calls or reply to their emails. It's been more than 12 days and the product is still not delivered. Please refund my money back !

I have ordered two jerseys: PSG home 2021/22 and Argentina national team home on July 18th. PFB for the order details. I have received the order #39570 but I still haven't got any update on the order #39576 and it still says processing, I have paid the amount for both the jerseys. Please help me with this, I have raised a ticket 4 days back but still no response.

Note: I haven't received shorts for the last 3 orders of mine.
