Trissur service center executives or the supervisors need good training like front line supervisor course they don't know how to deal with the customer, because am having three vehicle from force two cruizer and one bs4 traveler, when i ask them a service all ways they pushing to palakkad, and they deciding where i need to do service. The guys who coming to do the job they are good.

We finished all free service for the vehicle the only one issue is the charge is very high, for exp day before yesterday they came to solve my bs4 traveler, the issue was they saying missing, any way they connect the hose and charge rs.1800 for that, they came in bike only not your service vehicle, i think this is not a standard things they doing, and am looking best service from them Was this information helpful? |
