Force Motors — Facing problem tyre erosion , coolant problem

I kush kundu residing at 90 e, jadunath ukil road, kolkata-700041, purchased car ' force one ' on dated 25/09/2014, from ' m/s auto hi-link pvt ltd vide chasis no-mcijaaa7dpoo2259 engine no d62002014 reg no-w b 20a6 2211.
From purchase the car several time facing problems mainly tyre erosion problem of coolant for that i send my car at service center four times.
Last time send my car with problem of coolant leaking and solve the problem dated 13/12/2016.
Unfortunately problems of coolant raised again dated 16/03/2017.
So please take necessary action earliest as well as problem in mechanism.

Very poor service
