Hi,
I placed an order yesterday for amount rp. 1835, but i haven't received any email notification or message regarding the same. The amount got deducted but there is no order number to track the order. I had ordered as guest and had provided my email id and phone number as well. Atleast i should have got some notification. I have no clue if my order was placed or not. Surprisingly the transaction didn't fail so i know that even refund is not going to happen.
I tried contacting india helpline numbers given but there is no response:
