Forever 21 India — issue in exchanging a bodysuit(top) at forever 21 store phoenix viman nagar pune

I had bought a top, a bodysuit, from Forever 21 store at Phoenix market city Viman Nagar Pune on 30th March, 2018. Today on 22nd April, 2018 I went to the same store to exchange it. The employee told me that as per exchange policy, bodysuit (top) cannot be exchanged. I should him the exchange policy printed on the bill and highlighted him that as mentioned in the bill, items cannot be exchanged if it was bought in a discount, or its an undergarment, or a swimsuit, or the items is a jewellery. And definitely the item I had brought to exchnge didn't come in any of these four cases. I told exactly these same words to him, and to my surprise he told me that bodysuit is a kind o[censored]ndergarment. He talked to any of his fellow employees to check what he was doing is correct or not. So finally he didnt do the required exchange.
I checked on your online store whether bodysuit is actually a top or an undergarment. And it is mentioned that the thing which I have is a TOP AND NOT AN UNDERGARMENT.
So what I have a doubt here on the authenticity of your so called brand is that either your online store is a fraud or your store employees need a lot of training of the products they are selling. Because their activity and lack of knowledge are only making their customers to loss faith in you. I definitely want you to take this issue seriously and revert to this complaint.
