[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Amount not refunded | |
This is with regards to UHID 10490664, My Dad's by-pass surgery was done here in Fortis Hospital Mulund, we were asked to deposit certain amount before they started any procedure, which is expected from any hospital however, after discharge and billing, the refund amount payable by hospital i.e., Rs. 44, 803.71 is still not paid. It has been over 13 days. The Fortis hospital is not answering our calls. Please advise Was this information helpful? | |
Mar 3, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved Received a call from Fortis and they informed me that they talked to their finance team regarding my issues and assured me that the money would be refunded within a day and it actually did.
I appreciate the quick action taken by this portal and Fortis to address my issue. Fortis Healthcare customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
