Today's I Mrs Shashi meena Uid no 7933423
Came to hospital for consulting with my Dr. For related to pregnancy with husband by my car hondacity Rj14lc9256.at the entry gate we paid the fee for parking to guard .
And park the our car in parking only IN THE FRONT OF main entry gate of hospital.
Both side two cars are parked .Then we go to inside the hospital for consulting.
After consulting the doctor we came outside then we see that our car driver side gate damaged .How this is possible???we were very shocked to see that. And after that we said the parking staff they have no answer.
SO PLEASE FIND OUT that car owner who hit my car .And solve this issue. This is not proper security and proper management system of parking .
WHY You take charges of parking by patients.And After you take charge and anyone can hit our car and no one staff see the issue and also no facility available of Cctv footage in parking as your parking staff said that no facility available of cctv .
I don't know how you can find but please resolve this matter .

    Myself shampa banerjee relative of MICU patient sh SS bandopadhyay bed no. 318 kolkata fortis anandpur, i would like to bring into your notice the poor behaviour of the staffs recruited in your hospital. This is todays incident a staff named Rudra acharjee on asking him for patients case history and bill details he hurled on me with anger and even body shamed patients wife about her figure. Is this the level of service and hospitality you provide in this so called multispeciality hospital I request you to take strict action against such hooligan employed in your hospital who have least knowledge about their job aswell as public dealing he didn't even know that we werent provided with any details and getting all the details of the patient is our utmost right, we are already in distress regarding patients health and on top of this we have to experience and face such disrespect and harassment from the staffs. I request you to kindly make sure that he apologizes to us for such a bad behaviour with a female as such misbehave is unacceptable. I expect prompt action regarding this

    What is the earliest possible 3months or 4months is that how you work and resolve complaints this is how u take actions against your irresponsible staff that means i need to take actions on my own for my disrespect because i dont think you are finding this serious... very poor response, i will make sure to bring this thing in proper light so that everybody knows how fortis works

    It seems that fortis administration is least concerned about itservices and staffs behaviour thats why they are not taking any action on this man who doesn't know how to behave with patirnts relative. You people are taking sooooo much time for making him apologize wow kuddos i have lodged a complaint to jayeeta ghosh but she didn't even bothered to reply or check poor service i would suggest if you have money its better to choose some other hospital than fortis... i expect justice to served and thos is what happening kolkata fortis anandpur administration should feel shame on themselves for such carelessness.

Without even knowing what has been provided or not to the patient's relative he started fighting afterwards corrected by his own colleague rather being apologetic He body shamed patients wife for being over weight and misbehaved with patient's female relatives is this the way how fortis works

        I met Dr. Divya Basti after my wife was pregnant. He did the USG Pregnancy and USG ABD tests for my wife. I also showed my CGHS card over the counter. But I was rated differently from the CGHS card. Please give clarification regarding this from the CGHS rate. Please tell me why should I charge more than CGHS?The doctor in the next room from Divya advised me to get pregnancy delivery at the standard rate for pregnancy delivery, which I do not agree at all and I do not feel like going to this hospital.

          I have been a dialysis patient since 3 years in your hospital and from day 1 I'm asking for 4PM slot twice weekly. I am always told that slot is not available but at the same time other patients have been given the same slot. I am a 25 years female and it's very difficult and unsafe for me to travel during midnight(2AM) which I have to do because of your hospital. There are 17 patients in 4PM slot and 10 of them have started dialysis after me but still somehow were eligible for the slot but not me. I don't know on what grounds is your staff allotting the slots because If it's based on distance then also I'll top the list(30km each side). It's very difficult for me to bear with all this partiality. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate measures.

            I had been admitted to Fortis hospital, Mohali for the treatment of pancreatitis. The doctor performed my tests repeatedly without the reasons. Double CT scan and MRI was done. So my insurance claim was rejected. Kindly do the needful.

                  My Son got his knee operated for ACL and meniscus repair by Dr Manit Arora. Post operation whenever we approach him for check up and complain about the pain or any other issue the behaviour was very rude and judgemental . No satisfactory guidance is given to him. I have seen the same approach of the Manit Arora team towards other patients too. When I asked them to have some courtesy and guide the patient to help him recover, they told me to go and complain any where.
                  For the information I got my mother CABG from forties mohali cardiology department and knee replacement by Dr Sen and had many consultations and tests over the past 2 decades from Forties Mohali and never had this kind o[censored]n professional and rude treatment as done by Manit Arora team

                    The healthcare services are already way more expensive in fortis hospitals than any other hospital. I visited 10th march 2021, and they charged 100 rupees just for car parking. Which i think is just a loot. A person coming to your premises to take ur services, its your responsibility to provide parking space and on the name of parking they charging extra money. Which is not acceptable at all. The price should be reasonable or there shouldn't be any charges at all.

                      I have sent an email to hospital staff for the detailed break-up of the CABG bill as requested by my Insurance company.

                      The first email was sent on 8th March, 21 with the subject line, "UHID[protected] Requesting detailed break-up of CABG charges" however, they kept forwarding my email from one department to another.

                      The email is eventually redirected to Pooja Chug of however, she neither responding to the email nor acknowledging it. May be she is not the right person but at least she could help me to forward my queries to other department as other staff did.

                      This just shows how professional Fortis staffs are. I got my father's angiography done by Jupiter hospital and they were very quick to respond on anything I requested however, Fortis need to scale up their customer service experience they have really good doctors but the staffs and administration are dissapointing.

                        Firstly...for 2 days till the time of videoconsult had arrived...no information or sharing Doctors details ..Name of coordinator Mr Aman
                        And making a senior physician wait for 2 hours before I started making multiple phone calls to the coordinator ...finally by Gods some grace the senior coordinator took over and said that the doctor was in some emergency and will get back ...However ...still waiting..

                          My father (Tarlochan Singh) UID 10478504 admitted in Fortis Hospital Mohali on 2nd February 2021 due Cardiac Complaint. As per Doctor Rakesh Jaswal advice my father got admitted for Angioplasty and stunts treatment.
                          Before admission I was asked by Fortis representative about the Insurance. I told them my father covered under Bharti AXA Policy No GHA/Q1609888/11 EMP ID D-107 HIID 4698173 Member ID[protected] Health India Insurace TPA services PVT. LTD. I have also submitted the details for same.
                          After that the treatment o my father went fine and my father got discharged on 5th feb, 2021 and the bill was covered through insurance.
                          On 6th Feb 2021, my father again got admitted in Fortis Mohali, with uneasiness. Before the admission Fortis staff asked my about the insurance details and i submitted the same. Fortis started the treatment.
                          After week I got a call from Fortis representative that my father insurance is rejected due to some ABC XYZ reason and they told me meet the TPA officials. From them I got to know AFTER 1 WEEK that my father is not covering under Insurance. even i was getting the messages on my mobile that my amount is approved by Health Care India Insurance. How can this happen that after 1 week of treatment and after approval of amount from insurance, fortis Representative said you have to pay the amount of Rs. 6 lakh.
                          I told them why didn't your staff told this thing earlier when my father got admission. I was thinking that my bill was covering under insurance scheme, but Fortis told me this thing after 1 week when the bill was generated around 6 lakhs.
                          I also received the approval amount messages from the insurance company, later they said it was approved by mistake. If it was not covered under the scheme why did Fortis start the treatment and why after 1 week I have been informed,
                          If I got this thing going to happen I never ever thought of going to Fortis due to shortage of Money

                          I told them for informing me, instead of giving treatment. But it was late from Fortis Hospital and Insurance
                          This is drastic mistake from Fortis and Bharti AXA. i am going to file court case against both the parties

                            I am undergoing treatment in Fortis Noida from past 3 months. Since last 2 visits I am facing a lot of trouble with bed management here.
                            I am notifying the POC (bed manager) a dya prior to my admission as well, however still no improvement.
                            I am undergoing medication which requires 3 days of admission but there aren't any bed available.
                            If that is the case, why do they take in patients.
                            I am super frustrated with the management here.
                            Not sure if I will get a bed today or would have to stay on recliner in the night as well. Just imagine the kind of discomfort a patiend would undergo to have a treatment on a mere sofa. Day by day the service of Fortis is become worse.
                            The bed manager would say give me ur num and we will call you but that is just another cunning plan of them as they would never call you.
                            I would never recomment any one to visit Fortis if this os how they treat their patients.

                              I visited Fortis faridabad for blood test prescribed by ECHS palwal, 1 test was not listed so Mrs Ruchika refused to conduct that test and she was not aware of Appx A of ECHS letter B/49778/AG/ECHS/PA/RULING Dt 28 Jun 11..
                              After calling to ECHS palwal and complaining about her to authorities she gave me the form but incomplete with no diagnosis, Mrs Chandani asked me to go to Delhi RR hospital to write the diagnosis, which was not required...Plz look in the matter as this is unprofessional, unethical and incompetent behavior by Mrs Ruchika and Chandani...

                                I made an online appointment for Dr. Manu shankar for 5th March 2021, at Fortis escort hospitals, FARIDABAD. I paid the sum of Rs. 625 online as the consultation fees.my booking ref. no. is BAVVFXUKZA and patient name is Mr. Satyam.
                                But, The train in which patient were coming from Bihar get cancelled and now i want to cancel the appointment and wants refund, to cancel this i do not have cancellation option on the site where i booked this appointment. Since then i have mailed and called the hospital several times asking about cancellation and refund, but there has been no reply from them.

                                  I come here for mri of cervical spine and bronchial plexus and mri of wrist they gave appointment of 2 pm but they conduct mri at 5 pm they also delay in results of report they waste my two whole day for conducting mri and also delaying results reports by saying come in 1 hour come in 2 hour its worst experience of my to dealing with fortis hospital mohali shame!

                                    Sir I come for mri of Cervical spine and bronchial plexus and mri of wrist firstly they gave time appointments 2 but they can’t take patient they delaying patient for mri and also delaying to give they waste my 2 entire days 1 2 March of tis month no perfect dealing .                                       Amount not refunded

                                      This is with regards to UHID 10490664, My Dad's by-pass surgery was done here in Fortis Hospital Mulund, we were asked to deposit certain amount before they started any procedure, which is expected from any hospital however, after discharge and billing, the refund amount payable by hospital i.e., Rs. 44, 803.71 is still not paid. It has been over 13 days.

                                      The Fortis hospital is not answering our calls. Please advise...

                                      The billing department behavior is very bad and no responses from their end, i paid more than 5lacks and i am not sure why they are not ready to give the consolidated one.

                                      Need your assist to provide the finalbill for reimbursement.
