Hi,

My name is vinay.

I was supposed to receive refund amount of 8271/- from fortis banerghatta road but not credited. I have been following up with the cash department since 2 months and they are asking me to follow up with bank & customer care.

I am tired of following up with bank & fortis hospital.

Logically speaking, its the hospital who has to get in touch with bank & get my refund amount credited.

    I had an appointment with Dr. H S Pannu at Fortis Healthcare, Ludhiana at 11:50 AM.
    I got to hear that he always reaches the hospital between 12:30 PM - 1:00 PM.
    Even though, his OPD timings start from 11:00 AM.

      My mother 67 years old smt. Indra sharma treatment is going on since last 2 years in fortis hospital, jaipur ref. By dr. Ankit bansal (Pulmonology) & dr. Ashok gehlot (Sugar), my mother is recovering by their treatment, unfortunately this last month checkup new dr. Manoj kumar khandelwal (Sugar) appointed in place of dr. Ashok gehlot and dr. Manoj khandelwal examined my mother and without knowing the last 2 years status he has suddenly replaced all the medicines of dr. Ashok gehlot. After taking the new medicines as prescribed by dr. Maoj my mother health is go down & down and it shows as before 2 years. This all happen just because of dr. Irresponsibly & misleading examination/medicines.

      Request you to pl. Take an appropriate action against him and do needful to reimbursh all over expenses otherwise we have no choice to knock the door of consumer court against the doctor as well as fortis hospital.

      I went to meet Dr. Ajay agarawal(Internal medicine) has lack of knowledge.. not recommending to anyone.. He unable to answers of patient 's question. fortis charging very high fee of this moron. You may not believe on me but you can go and talk to him. He is greedy doctor.

        We know the government rule of not charging the car parking from any hospital
        I came to visit one of my uncle admitted in fortis hospital and security guard asked to pay for car parking.

            My mother sahani rahaman had lt. Knee replacement under dr rajput& she is fine. Due to one word mentioned in her discharge leave ihd her insurance was question.                 I admitted my wife for a emergency surgery to fortis hospital bannerghatta road, bangalore on 14th march. At the time of admission i was given an estimate of 115000 for multi bed and 175000 for twin bed, i selected multi bed. After treatment at the time of discharge i was given an bill of rs 142127, on checking the bill i found that i was charged for twin bed and on complaining it was corrected and a bill of 105067 was given. Further i found some errors on some items and even some of the items were charged, not used on patient. Further when i raised this, i was given discount for those items. I paid the rest of the bills and after a day when i was analyzing the bill i found that they have charge me around 20000 more than what it should be.

                I was given an estimate where the difference between twin and multi bed was rs 60000, but when they change my bill from twin to multi bed, the difference was just around 38000, whereas they charged me almost same as estimate given for multi-bed.

                When i raised with hospital, they are not giving any logical answer, even at multiple communication i was shared different charges and i have written email communication for the same.

                I have 4 different bills from the hospital after correction and all the proofs.

                  I would like to bring to your kind notice the unprofessional behaviour of ms ching dr kachru coordinator. The incident happened when i called her to enquire about my left bag at the hospital. She said that she would be leaving the bag with security. When i came to the hospital to fetch the bag, to my surprise didn't find it with security. She didn't pick by call. Next when i asked her that she could have at least informed me she said that it was her official phone and it was her call whether to pick or not. I am extremely appalled at the reply received

                    Bhardwaj hospital is not a heart hospital but on emergency when such patient comes they need to give immediate support of heart medicines one tab of 2-3 types.
                    Your pharmacy give full strip and when it is return due to unused or changed medicine by heart hospital your shop do not take return even after producing bills and exp dates etc on strip.
                    My problem is this when you sale cut strip why you do not take return of the same...

                    We took our dad to fortis hospital in rajajinagar bangalore on 28.2.18 @ 10.00 pm due to constipation issue.in causality duty doctor examined casually and told he will be fine you can take him back home.
                    But we were knowing his condition was not good to take back home and we informed the duty doctor to get admitted him for a day and later we admitted our dad.
                    He was there for 6 days and the treatment given was not upto the mark and constipation issue was not sloved. He was discharged on 05.03.18 @5.30pm along with the constipation problem he got discharged with heavy cough. Even after being there for 6 days he was not recovered and his condition became worse after discharge.

                    Secondly the bill they raised was very shocking for us it was rs 76500/- for constipation issue which the patient was not cured/got well. The charges they have billed for each category was very high.
                    We were in the good opinion on fortis hospital, but we and my dad was very disappointed with the treatment and improper facility in the fortis rajajinagar hospital. No proper ventilation in rooms, congestion, no male ward boys, no proper parking area etc..
                    Infact after discharge we had complained about the treatment to the management and informed them to visit our home to see the patient condition after discharge. The treated doctor visited our home and he saw the patient condition and apologized us for the inconvenience caused.
                    So we informed the management to give us some compensation or discount on the billed amount, but they are not ready to give.
                    In this regard we request you help in resolving this issue by getting us some compensation from our billed amount.

                      I came here at fortis escort with patient.on the gate of entrance there is a guard who misbehave and very very rude, posted on opd building(name., arvind)midle aged.
                      Push away the pateint and attendent and abuse at the entrance on parking matter.and i can never believe that it could be possible and in hospital also.kindly do the necessary action so that it would not repeat in future.

                        They make a carrying lady wait for 5 hours even if the patient has prior appointment.

                        Nt scan on 12 march 2018 was scheduled at 11 am nd these # made uswait for 2 hours as a result we could not meet the scheduled doctor appointment at 12.

                        Patient had to wait unnecessarily for 5 hours

                          Patient seema tayal uhid fhl26.28858 and ipid 11883 have admitted in fortis hospital ludhiana in ent department
                          On dated 11 august 2015, consultant doctor rajat bhatia for treatment. But consultant doctor of hospital not properly diagnosis the patient decease and operate her in hurry in only intrest of money or greedy for money. Because same decease reoccur within two months. Later on actual decease of patient come to known through aiims hospital delhi through proper diagnosis. Name of decease is limited gpa. We have expenditure lots of money in fortis hospital ludhiana for treatment but because of negligence of doctors patient seema tayal suffer from mental harassment and financial losses. Because of hospital negligence patient seema tayal not able to handle her bussiness in future. Now patient seema tayal need sufficent compensation from hospital.

                            My father got his dialysis done on 8/3/2018. Pre dialysis wt was - 61.5kg
                            1700 ml ultrafiltrate was entered in machine to be removed. Post dialysis wt was 60.8kg. Instead of 1700 ml the machine removed 700 ml. At night he started developing fluid overload symptoms. He had to be nebulized because of continuous cough. It had happend with us earlier too. And we had complained about the same to medical officer on duty. Instead of taking any action she told that we will look into the matter and if you face any problem we will do next dialysis free of cost. Is this the way you deal with dialysis patients. Kindly look into the matter. Though i dnt have any hope of justice still im writing to you. We dnt have time to wander from counter to counter just to lodge a complaint. Pleade look into the matter.                               I have admitted my wife in your hospital on 24th feb for lungs related treatment but they put her in emergency without my willing and 1 doctor trying to afraid me that her condition is so critical & she has to be put on ventilation while is feel quite normal. But when i strongly opposed & denial for that than he'll said ok, may be she is recovering. They are not doctor, they are docait. They include so much extra charges in my bill, as rmo charges etc. And said it is mandatory to charge them, wether we need them or not, they charge me for that without my permission or willing. When i am asking for my file to see/verify the doctor visit for which i have been charged. They sent me here to there many counters as rolling stones. They harrash me a lot for my own file, for which i paid. They are very rude & unprofessional.
                              After this i am going to raise my complaint to health ministry, pmo office & consumer court also. For harrashment & unusual/additional charges.

                                Sir I want to complain about fortis hospital sector 62, noida. They have not provided the morning 6 'o' clock feed till 8 'o' clock. When m calling there they are saying that by mistake I have not provided the feed.

                                  I immediately called the defence colony store to raise an alarm in order to change the particular artical, & was told in my next purchase they would replace it & now i had called a fresh oder & they said we can’t do it & rather would not do it, pls see u cctv footing at the store, on calling today this man tells me that do what the hell u want to etc i don’t care and i won’t change even i[censored] raise a complaint, i just don’t care.. I honestly don’t know what to do so will raise a complaint on pharmacy sector media etc as i have the phone call recording as well, if this man is not terminated from his position as he doesn’t deserve it, will pit on twitter the sound clip etc if any action is not taken against him & will approach the consumer court for recovery of the med & mental harassment, as mr shiv tells me directly to get lost,

                                    I was taking dental treatment at fortis hospital, bannerghatta road.
                                    I discontinued my treatment due to bad behaviour of the doctor and the doctor name is dr. Vishwanath [dentist]. I was a staff in fortis hospital bannerghatta road and i decided to take a dental braces treatment i was having 50% discount on the treatment doctor agreed to do my braces treatment for rs.25, 000/-. I paid 20, 000. Later on i left fortis for my career opportunity by the time i quit fortis only half of the treatment was done. Doctor viswanath called me for a treatment and he made me to wait for 3-4 hours and later he told that ur no more a staff i cant treat you. Either you pay rs.46, 000/- or decide wat u want to do. And he didnt wish to treat me on that day where i have paid 20, 000 in advance. He shouted on me in front of other patients and that was hilarious, politely i went back saying i wil discontinue my treatment. Now im no more happy to continue my treatment so i request you to refund my rest amount for which the treatment has not done. Please consider this on a serious note and do the needful.

                                    I raised this issue to the fortis customr care head but they told me to discuss with doctor and get decided and also they told it is paid to doctor it cannot be refunded. I need the reason why it cannot be refunded with details. Why should i pay excess money for which the treatment is not done. If the ex staff is facing this kind issues means then wat is the situation of outside patients just imagine.

                                      It was the most disgusting night, i have ever had.
                                      The seats make lot of noise, when people turn n twist. I just could not sleep
                                      People listen to you tube without ear plugs.
                                      The doors make creeping sounds.
                                      We pay so much to fortis, why can’t they think about the health n comfort of the family, we are in agony because our loved ones are suffering, the physical pain, mental pain and we can’t sleep to gain strength,
                                      You should run hospital with humanity, not with materialistic gains
                                      Change the seats, oil the doors n put a notice, use ear plugs for social media
