My 64-year-old father was admitted to Lok Nayak Hospital on April 19, 2025, with a brain hemorrhage. He is unable to eat, speak, or use the washroom. Despite this, Dr. Shivam from Medicine Ward-29 claims he is “stable” and repeatedly forced us to take discharge by April 22.

Even after neurosurgeons from both Lok Nayak and GB Pant said that no surgery can be done until he is stabilized over 4–5 days, Dr. Shivam refused proper treatment initially and misbehaved with my mother, calling her "pagal." His behavior was rude, unprofessional, and dangerous to the patient’s health.

Immediate action is needed.

Medicine ward 27 dr ayush is misbehaving with patient and threatening to thrown out of the hospital just because the patient is unconscious and not in her senses and says we cant keep you here you will be responsible if happens anything

आज मैं लोक नायक हॉस्पिटल में एक दोस्त के भाई को देखने के लिए आया हूं। वार्ड नंबर 20 में । मेरे मित्र का भाई जल गया है और यहां भर्ती किया था कल 03 जनवरी 2024 को । आज 04 जनवरी 2024 को लगभग 1 बजकर 45 दोपहर को प्रतीक्षा कक्ष में मैं बैठा हुआ था। तभी दो महिला सफाई कर्मचारी आई और वहां बैठे सभी लोगों से बहुत ही गलत भाषा में बाहर जाने के लिए कहा। जिसकी वीडियो रिकॉर्डिंग भी मैने की।

अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि उचित कार्रवाई करें जिससे कि भविष्य में वो किसी अन्य के साथ बदतमीजी न करें।

I want to draw your attention towards the bad behaviour of doctors on duty towards haemophilic patients and their guardian. When I have asked for wheel chair for my haemophilic son who was in severe pain due to severe knee swelling.they said it is not our duty to provide wheel chair to patient and go for ultrasound that is to be done on first floor.we have to wait for one hour thirty minutes for ultrasound by sitting on floor. When we came back for factor transfusion they said go for another test for which rmo has already said not be done today but junior doctor misbehave badly and said I will not transfuse factor to patient and return my haemophilia card to me then I have to fight for factor to my son

They so rude to patient even they don't see patient's condition and says go to OPD even when patient is not in condition where he can not even stand on his own.
Help desk counter is only operation for 5 hours and in that person who deal it not even 3 hours at the counter.
He is so rude to every patient and their dependents.

I have visit with my little bro hospital but doctor is not available ward no. 21 plastic surgery I am very distapointed so please take a action no any backup doctor I am already 30mint waiting treatment. Please reply my message.

On counter number 605 in 6th floor which is report collection counter. There is no staff available from past one hour which is 9:30am to 10:30 am. The people have been waiting in que.

I am admit in 18/02/2023.. i born baby girl in 19/02/2023 i want to discharge go to home they didn't give me leave me and my baby is not comfortable in this hospital only one bed and patience is two i beg you to give me discharge for this hospital guard is so harsh dr don't talk any thing

I'm complaining about doctors behavior, me and other patients are waiting for doctors sitting in room no. 611 ! Dr h c taneja and some other doctor left the room more than half of hour ago and still patients are waiting for them. I want the committee to ask them about the time they spend during duty.
Take strict action against such doctors. If they are doing another's doctors job then, committee should take responsibility for such incidents or else they should provide some more doctors to hospital.

I am very disappointed to know about the facilities of your hospital...The hospital faculties aree too much careless about the patient..they took me to 5 hours to stay in the hospital and don't tell me that there is no psychiatrist doctor available in the hospital and when I reached to the doctor...at that time they told me ...there is no mental facilities available in the hospital...the staff is very irresponsible about the patient...

Some Doctore behave very well, they help so much .. but some doctors are rude.. But my main complaint is not on doctors or nursing staff. My complaint is on GDA.. they talk very rude. And they didnt work properly.. they shouting on patients relatives.. they argue on us... so i request to make them tight..

I want to state that my mother had admitted in your hospital for hernia operation but at night we had gone to ultrasound department at there there was a night security guard who talked everyone very rudely.So, please kindly ensure that concerned authorities look into these problems.

Sir I Niyamat Bee make online OPD Registration OPD No.[protected] for 14.12.2022. The Security Guard on duty not meet to Orthopedic Doctor saying to take date on this online registration slip. My Left Hand fractured last month and treated plaster, Doctor say to meet today for finish plaster. So the Guard lost my three hours and suffering the problem.
I want to know means of online O.P.D. registration when take date in ques of many persons. Please do needful action against the security guard.

Our child's health suddenly worsened. Took the child to Lok Nayak Hospital in emergency.Emergency people put glucose on the child and gave 3-4 injections and sent the child back home.They didn't keep the child in their observation even for 24 hours At home, the condition of the child worsened again.Took the child to the emergency again. The emergency people again put him on glucose and after some time sent him to the OPD.Opd people wrote him pen killer and wrote up the check and sent him home.was writhing in pain Bach's house order His power was deteriorating every minute.We took the children to a private nursing home. The people refused and said that take him to the government hospital only, his condition is critical. Then we took the child to another hospital, Aruna Asaf Ali Hospital.Those hospital people saw the child and took care of the child and they referred the child to the camp hospital. Now our child is also admitted in camp hospital since 2 days.But the people of Lok Nayak Hospital did not pay any attention to the child.Please there should be a strict law against them so that they stop before doing this to any child.please please please
