The doctor and staff are so mannerless, those people who are taking care of er are very noisy talking about food cloth et etc, and never take out the drip on time even after the drip is finish they keep hanging the empty bottle without stopping it (As you all know what happen after that), it's only for business, money minded, no humanity, only brand name. refund of unfair opd fee

I, an opd patient of fortis hospital (Fortis fit ranjan shall hospital, sector b, pocket 1, aruna asaf ali marg, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070) have been forced to pay rs 900 for a follow-up consultation on 30th october 2017 where it should have been waived as it is well within my rights as i paid rs 900 on 23rd october 2017. discharge certificate without discharge date

My son abhishek bakshi was treated for dengue in fortis hospital, kolkata during oct 16-19, 2016. He was issued a discharge certificate without discharge date. An email message was sent to the hospital on oct 13, 2017 but no action has been taken so far. Kindly look into the matter and request fortis hospital kolkata to issue a fresh discharge certificate with discharge date.

I was asked appointment with dr murlitharan endocrinology dated 21-09-17 at 5:10pm and 20mins before for which i also got a message. To my surprise i was called in at 6:15pm
Now again today i was specifically told by the doc to come at 8:45am as we had to just show blood samplesand to walk in straight.
His pa told us to submit her samples and wait.

continuously radiotherapy machine issue

Fortis hospital is a big brand hospital. Every suggest to treat their, but when i visited noida branch, i felt that thete is not good staff and not good machine. Receptionist's behavior is like normal private hospital. Dr. Gagan saini demotivate to the cancer patient. He is very bad doctor. There is no top facility in international cancer department. terrible service

Doctors seem lost. They don't seem like they care about the patients or know about anything that is happening with them.
Security guards need to learn manner and tone in which they talk (They seem to be hired from rowdy villages)
Management staff cant resolve any issue - all they do is contact this person, contact that person. Just give a runaround to the patient's attendants.

unethical behavior and delay in treatment

On 4th june 2017 at midnight 2.00 a. M, my grandmother got unconscious and we took her to fortis hospital, rajaji nagar, bangalore. The first word by the receptionist was "you have capacity to pay". If a patient is dying, then the doctor & hospital have any ethics, humanity or not. Then they should not take any "hypocrite oath".
