I was taking dental treatment at fortis hospital, bannerghatta road.
I discontinued my treatment due to bad behaviour of the doctor and the doctor name is dr. Vishwanath [dentist]. I was a staff in fortis hospital bannerghatta road and i decided to take a dental braces treatment i was having 50% discount on the treatment doctor agreed to do my braces treatment for rs.25, 000/-. I paid 20, 000. Later on i left fortis for my career opportunity by the time i quit fortis only half of the treatment was done. Doctor viswanath called me for a treatment and he made me to wait for 3-4 hours and later he told that ur no more a staff i cant treat you. Either you pay rs.46, 000/- or decide wat u want to do. And he didnt wish to treat me on that day where i have paid 20, 000 in advance. He shouted on me in front of other patients and that was hilarious, politely i went back saying i wil discontinue my treatment. Now im no more happy to continue my treatment so i request you to refund my rest amount for which the treatment has not done. Please consider this on a serious note and do the needful.

I raised this issue to the fortis customr care head but they told me to discuss with doctor and get decided and also they told it is paid to doctor it cannot be refunded. I need the reason why it cannot be refunded with details. Why should i pay excess money for which the treatment is not done. If the ex staff is facing this kind issues means then wat is the situation of outside patients just imagine.

    It was the most disgusting night, i have ever had.
    The seats make lot of noise, when people turn n twist. I just could not sleep
    People listen to you tube without ear plugs.
    The doors make creeping sounds.
    We pay so much to fortis, why can’t they think about the health n comfort of the family, we are in agony because our loved ones are suffering, the physical pain, mental pain and we can’t sleep to gain strength,
    You should run hospital with humanity, not with materialistic gains
    Change the seats, oil the doors n put a notice, use ear plugs for social media

      Doctor ak mondal, dtcd, deb sitting in room no b015, opd was late by 2 hours on dec 25, 2017. This made us wait for more than three hours. Unprofessional attitude is too such an extent that made several patients from morning to wait for four hours. There is no substitute doctor available if the doctor is coming late. There was no prior intimation given for the late coming of the doctor to the patients.

        This is really very bad fortis hospital is in all over the india but in fortis they dont know how to sale the medicene yestarday
        I buy a med with my brother in the fortis when i saw at home in medicine bottel dead insect or machar is there i have a bill with me of that medicine u can see also
        This realy is very bad they charge high fees for medicine but in medcine insect is there really very bad. Tommorow u take strict action
        And i dont open that bottel seal is there

Please help sir i want your help and your dog catchers please sent away dog catchers in our hospital. Dogs spread over garbage & they stay in our hospital garbage area that is outside our hospital.

            Dear sir, i went to fortis gurgaon for an medical issue of my son who is 5 year old. I took appointment with dr neetu talwar and was given a prescription but the doctor also mentioned to meet dr sabharwal as she wasnt sure. Dr sabharwal after review said no to the prescription of dr neetu and gave a new prescription. Billing desk charged us for both dr neetu and dr sabharwal. I merely stated to refund the charges paid for consultation of dr neetu as she herself was not sure and advised us to meet a senior doctor. All this happened within a matter of 15minutes. But fortis staff of billing was totally unreasonable and denied refund of the charges paid for consultation with dr neetu. I am raising this issue as double charging by fortis for the same problem of my son.

              Hi team,

              I want to complaint against fortis hospital, vasant kunj, new delhi, where they have charged 10, 000 from my credit card, in the month of sep'17, saying we have availed thier services.
              But as the reality says, we have not visited this hospital in the entire year.
              I was admit in the same hospital in dec'16, (Maternity), but after that never ever visited the hospital again.
              I took up the case with rbl bank as well, whose credit card was charged incorrectly, but after investigation bank confirms as it is a valid charge as pin was used while doing the teansaction.
              Now its been 4 months, but still i am not able to get my money back, we visted the hospital as well, asking to provide deatils for 10, 000 amount charged at their end, as per them they don't have any details, but as per letter received from bank - hospital staff (Rajinder rawat, account team) has confirmed as services availed by us.

              Kindly help in resolving the issue and getting my money back.

                We have been charge with the epidural injection cost 9400 rs however they have not mention on the bill the name of the drug or injection number or product code. They have only mention additional charges for the epidural injection. Please note it is against the law to not mention the product which you are selling to the patient. Please reply so that i can take this complaint to higher authority and file legal complaint for the same. Screenshot taken for this complaint as well.

                  Its about noida sector 62 hospital. I faced very bad experience with ent dr. Anurag jain. He is cheater and all staff. Since last friday i following to dr. For urgent treatment. But dr. Continuously refer to very expensive lab test even they don't consider few day back lab report. And referring to another doctors for clearance again and again. I have spent approx 11, 000 within two visit and my mother condition problem increasing even they didn't suggest any proper medicine.

                  Again rhey refer for andriscopy and bypsy test and tps team told me approx bill be 90, 000. I have already spent 11, 000. Means i have to spent more money only for lab test. Even till date they not given any medicine for immediately relief.

                  I leave this hospital immediately and visited to another hospital for immegency treatment.

                  I never suggest to anyone to visit this hospital. They only making money and nothing else. They even didn't taking any pain for what happening with patient and condition is worst.

                  Entire team and staff are cheater and want only money. They should be punished badly.

                    The doctor and staff are so mannerless, those people who are taking care of er are very noisy talking about food cloth et etc, and never take out the drip on time even after the drip is finish they keep hanging the empty bottle without stopping it (As you all know what happen after that), it's only for business, money minded, no humanity, only brand name.                     I, an opd patient of fortis hospital (Fortis fit ranjan shall hospital, sector b, pocket 1, aruna asaf ali marg, vasant kunj, new delhi 110070) have been forced to pay rs 900 for a follow-up consultation on 30th october 2017 where it should have been waived as it is well within my rights as i paid rs 900 on 23rd october 2017. My eye surgeon dr jyoti puri and her key admin staff member kavita did confirm that patient is eligible for one free follow up consultation within next seven days of the first visit.                       I need to claim medical insurance against the amount paid to fortis, anandpur, kolkata. For this i need the part b (To be filled by hospital) form from the hospital. This is being denied by the insurance desk of the hospital saying "they don't know about it" and "i need to fill this form, hospital is not responsible". This form is about hospital details like registration number of the hospital and patient diagnosis details including the doctor registration number. How a patient is supposed to fill such information. After asking for multiple times, still no response from hospital.

                        discharge certificate without discharge date

                        My son abhishek bakshi was treated for dengue in fortis hospital, kolkata during oct 16-19, 2016. He was issued a discharge certificate without discharge date. An email message was sent to the hospital on oct 13, 2017 but no action has been taken so far. Kindly look into the matter and request fortis hospital kolkata to issue a fresh discharge certificate with discharge date.

                        I am not writing this complaint for a resolution because you guys are robbers and i don't expect anything from you. You guys have charged 60000 for a cataract surgery and least you could do was help me with the break up required for the pharmacy bills as my insurance comhad rejected an amount of 3000 as break up was not provided. Your hospital refused to help. I am not coming back again to your hospital and will be sharing this on social media as well because no one else should be robbed of their hard earned money

                          The worst to worst services i had ever seen in my life if i know that i never had came to the hospital in my life. But my first experience is the last one i had faced they only need money then the patient should die or live they dont care. I cannt refer any one for fortis hospital is a good choice. It has the poorest to poorest services i had faced. The services are so poor that i cant want to proceed services at fortis gurgaon the poorest to poor services. My wife is admited for pre planned cisearn delivery they cant think about the patient. They treat patient like animals. They cant about the newly born baby. They had worst to worst condition for her. Now i have to think why should i chosed fortis hospital services.in my life i cannt re think for fortis hospital services.

                            I'd like, with a lot of resentment, to complain against the international patients service of (Fortis gurgaon) in a wrong attempt to make the hospital more attractive for arabs, the ips staff have told me that the hospital is near to an arabian restaurant (Middle east cuisine, south court, huda city centre metro station, gurgaon.) i've, along with my attendant, eaten in middle east cuisine and we've got a severe food poisoning! The hospital has recommended many others for the same restaurant and many of them have suffered. Recently i've received an invitation for a facebook page that has published a lot of clear videos which shows the huge number of huge rats which are living in the restaurant i've mentioned. The rats' waste would be found inside the food which the customers are consuming. Many patients are so angry with the hospital for this bad recommendation. We're planning to launch a boycott campaign against the hospital if the ips team are not punished or at least apologised properly for this irresponsible behaviour. N i wonder if they're receiving a commission from the rats' restaurant to recommending it??! Following is the name of the page:

                              I was asked appointment with dr murlitharan endocrinology dated 21-09-17 at 5:10pm and 20mins before for which i also got a message. To my surprise i was called in at 6:15pm
                              Now again today i was specifically told by the doc to come at 8:45am as we had to just show blood samplesand to walk in straight.
                              His pa told us to submit her samples and wait.
                              Is this the services provided in a world renowned private hospital!
                              Pathetic!
                              Adhere to timelines!
                              We are not so called "vella" people to while away time!
                              Taking 1200rs before any appointment is no. 1 priority & urgency seems like the way i have experienced myself!
                              Disappointed!

                                I am asking for admission of a swine flu patient mrs. Asha prasad facing breathing problem since morningbin fortis noida. Ms. Ritu malhotra asked me to fill the form and told me that she would get a room available in 3 to 4 hours. As expected she didn't call and when i called her she told me to wait till evening. Then she stopped picking up my call. A person who is infected with swine flu, if her situation worsens, will your hospital take its responsibility? I have never experienced such poor services from other private hospital. I am planning to forward this complaint to consumer forum because of sheer negligence from your side.

                                None of your representatives reached out. I connected with another person from your hospital mr.kuldeep who was determined enough to apologise for ms. Ritu's behaviour. And this whole nonsense continued for a day and multiple calls. Not a single time your concerned department bothered to call back for the welfare of patient. They are not interested in lives rather it's a business where when your rooms are full, your staff doesn't think it to be necessary to be concerned about rest of your patients.

                                  Money hi gry people with no ethics. Went there with my mother to a doctor who looks for sugar patients. My jad some problem in her feet. First thing he said was the moment my mother opened her socks was that we need to show this to a skin doctor and not him (U say the truth when u give ur first reaction without thinking.) and then the devil took over. He then stopped us from getting up and started asking my moyher what medicines she takes for her diabetes...? And then started writing her some prescriptions for her diabetes. (Nothing for her feet) when i intrepted that its better we go to skin doctor, the answer - you have come to me, so i have to weite something as now u can not use this slip for the skin doctor..' what a shame and disgrace to such a respectable profession. I was recomended the doctor by someone. I am sure he is good but so much greedy and no ethics... Dont u all think he should have told me to go to the reception and change my appointment to a skin doctor...?

                                    I am the staff of fortis and recently met doctor beacuse of viral fever they told me to get admitted and take the treatment. I was admitted for 4 days and took treatment as said total amount came 20k and i gave the insurance to concerned desk. Hospital authority send letter to insurance company saying that this patient is admitted without any fever and other problems so the insurance company denied my insurance. If that is the case may i know why the hospital said me to get admited. Their intention is to earn as much money. If my stage is not that much critical why they said me to get admitted. More than that all this illnes came to me because of this workload
