I am writing this letter in immense sorrow and grief as my dear wife expired due to improper treatment and unethical practice carried out by doctors at Fortis Hospital, Noida. I would request you to set up an enquiry regarding treatment given to my wife as she died due to unethical practice by unscrupulous doctors-...

I want to complain against Dr. Ashish arora (Nephrologist in fortis Amritsar)

He did a big misbehave with me when I was discussing about my bro on 20th Feb 2016 in afternoon..

His dealing is not like a doctor,
He is just like a nonsense human being

Worst service at the Fortis Healthcare. Me, cousin and her mom went normal check up at Fortis Healthcare at Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560052. All of sudden they are saying she has heart attack and started shifting to different department for check ups. finally 3 doctors called and said immediate operation need to be done and it is critical. They didnt let us to see our mom but kept us busy in taking treatment and said to pay 3 lakhs bill immediate operation. Then after a day we felt something is wrong and we decided to discharge and take to other hospital on precaution to friends advice. We said, we cannot pay more than what we brought also said we only came for check up. They started laughing and there was an arguments to discharge her immediately. After all, we discharged and took mom to Commando Hospital, Bengaluru where we had good service and didnt pay anything cox of military card. She is fine now and feeling better. However this needs to be escalated and immediate action taken against fraud people (Fortis hospital) and revoke licence for robbing innocent money. Please do take necessary action or spread to all to avoid this kind of hospital for saving life.

I am writing to tell you my experience with FORTIS HOSPITAL AMRITSAR when my father (Late H/Capt Sukhdev Singh Bhuller ) got admitted in the same hospital under UHID no. FHL10.160326 IPD no. 97961.
My father had a history of parkinsonsism, and got fever and chills due to which we had him to get admitted in hospital in pathankot. he was recovering fine. bt after 9 days one of his X rays showed collapse of Left lung which doctors said may or may not be reversed. they advised FORTIS AMRITSAR. we took our father to Amritsar in a hope of recovery. but what followed is no less than a deadly horrifying nightmare.
At the emergency, the doctors didnt give attention to my father. my father was shivering, his b.p was dropping and he was having fever too. After 50 minutes doctor attended him (my Father could have died in those 50 mins) and i was asked to do the formalities first for admission. after that was done, another shift came and the new doctor again started from the initial info.he asked me to wait outside. after 20 mins he called me inside and said we ll have to put him on ventillator. i asked why is it required. the doctor or Intern i would say (medical officer he was) said we have to do this u just sign the consent or u take the patient home. i had to sign as i wasn't left with an option.
I would like to bring to your notice that we were not given clear explanation of the condition of my father throughout the entire treatment, no doctors were there to explain us whenever required.
After waiting for 4 days we first time met Dr. Rominder kour (pulmonologist), the consultant assigned to my father. We asked her many questions and we got negative answers from her like “we are not sure whether he will recover or not". according to her, my father never had any lungs collapsed. then why the hell a pulmonologist was assigned to my father for the entire treatment???
Doctors there are not knowing basic medical condition even after weeks of admission, Then what kind of treatment were they giving him???? doctors were not clear about the treatment effectiveness, they don’t clarify the attendants about condition of patient, even in case of my father's lungs got stiff they never told us for 14 days which we came to know in death summary as attached and doctors continued to say that the lungs X ray has improved a lot.
Nurses were not aware of patients condition, patient nursing care very worst, reports were also not correct and the statement were tampered. ICU condition was very pathetic. The behaviour of Doctor Rominder Kaur very bad as she forced us for tracheostomy of my father and assured that he will improve.
MOs in ICU not at all experienced, they gave CPR shocks to my father without the consent of cardiologist and our knowledge. this was said by cardiologist in front of me. And the statement he signed reveals something totally opposite. (attachment- hand written)
Their staff kept us saying for 20 days that his skin is intact and bed sores are dry and healed up and when i asked to see bed sores, they refused, after forcing them, i came to see and the condition was worse than ever, his skin was totally damaged and how one can expect such pathetic care in reputed hospital like Fortis???? I totally lost hope that day...
We discussed the scenario with Dr. Puneet (ECHS In charge) but got no assistance even and he said we are trying to wean off the ventilator, he mentioned this when my father was not able to breathe even a single percent on his own, he was on pressure support ventilation. Dr Puneet said we will discharge your father and u just sign LAMA (LEAVE AGAINST MEDICAL ADVISE) even when Defence (ECHS) was paying them with good money.
Sir what a patient can do instead of trusting these so called doctors of these big brands hospitals. When we took the body of my father, they made a big file of all the payments and bills for 8 lakhs which would have been cleared by ECHS, can I ask for what??? WAS THAT FOR KILLING MY FATHER????
Sir being an army officer’s daughter, I am proud that army is serving their patients very well but when it comes for the referral, patients life, money everything goes at big risks.
Requesting you to take action against these hospitals and let every patient feel happy and proud. I would be highly grateful to you.
Whatever we went through, is a past...I want this doesn't repeat with anyone else.

I WANT TO KNOW UPTO WHAT LEVEL WAS IT JUSTIFIED?

Managing appointment, waiting time of doctor for consultation. Sucks.

Its been more than an year..
I have all verbal complaints but no changes.

For wheel chair we have to wait for more than 30 mins.

Need resolution.

Dear sir/madam,
This is completly embrassing that a reputed hospital like fortis where people trust on name is in bad management at kangra himschal, patients come in morning and wait till evening for doctor, meantime there is no guidance no information like doc in ot and eill take time or come tomorrow or anything it's zero. Staff sitting at billing counter doesn't read doctors writing and make the bills of something else which is not written in doctor proscription, their attitude is very arrogent, most of time busy on mobile.

I do respect of the reputation of hospital, but today's experience was worst spending number of times more money then govt hospitals, my simple request is that staff should be properly train to guide the patient and people should not waste their valuable time just waiting for doctors without any guidance from concern staff.

I wish all the best for hospital and hope there would be certain action on the request so other people doesn't suffer like this, i am not sure i would visit fortis anymore after this experience, but hope other people will have benefit of his awareness which i am bringing to your attention.

My wife julmi pantola patient id 19031 got admitted in fortis hospital ludhiana on 22 jan at around 0830 pm for delivery..we faced a series of problems..
1. When she got admitted we were told our 3 days pack started from that night only but asking about complimentary dinner as we took the deluxe room which is one of the costliest room in this hospital, a lady from reception gave a call on my personal number saying" your 3 days pack has been started but you will get dinner only after you check-in the deluxe room." Now this is strange when we were already charged then why they refused to provide complimentary dinner, then i had to pay for dinner..
2. I (attendant)was given a sofa to sleep but it was not at all comfortable next morning on 23 jan i called housekeeping to provide sofa cum bed which was told earlier but it was not there. Next morning after complaining somehow they adjusted a sofa cum bed from adjacent deluxe room where it was present..
3. On 23rd evening my wife was given saline and when it got ended she kept alarming but no nurse came for about 35-40 minutes so she herself closed the saline when nurse came she suggested my wife that you should learn how to close it..
4. No hand sanitizer was given so everyone was using our sanitizer after complaining they provided on 24th evening..
5. No slippers were provided to the patient after complaining twice they provided on 25th morning at around 1130 am.
6. On 24th when doctor came for routine visit and to change the dressing nursing staff was not carrying gauge(for dressing)and when doctor asked about it nurse rushed and brought it but again she forgot to bring tape(to stick the dressing)..
7. On 25th morning when patient alarmed the ring the guard standing outside the ward was asking me to close the alarm and said"nurse will come after sometime you stop the alarm now"..
8. I told this whole incident to nursing supervisor, chief security officer and public welfare dept as well but all are saying"when you will here again we will provide you utmost care"..now this time we faced many problems and they are suggesting to come back again and avail utmost care..how pathetic is this..??
9. i also wrote a complaint regarding the USG dept. around 15 days before and dropped it into the complaint box as they took around 3 hours to have a USG even when our turn was 2nd and when asked why taking so much time they were blank..so i guess this is a common problem with the hospital staff..
10. I am an air force officer and could have taken my wife to army/air force hospital where we could have got all treatment free of cost. But thinking of fortis brand name, better facilities and care we chose fortis but now i must say that except all doctors(specially Dr. Poonam Rastogi gynaecology) nobody took that much interest for patient care..
11. One more thing is that most of nursing staff speak to patient in Punjabi. Language is a barrier for patient to respond if he/she does not know it..
12. On 23rd nursing staff came to give sponge bath to patient(first bath after operation) and it was done with normal water not with hot or lukewarm water. On asking she said"kal se jaldi nahana padega garam pani jaldi khatam ho janda hai"..
13. I met the reception staff, pwd staff and to whom not but every one is saying we will only provide better facilities next time but this time we cannot help you..
14. Newspaper was provided on 26th morning for the first time in front of service staff purnima sharma..
15. Here comes the disaster, the guard mohan singh standing outside stops the warning bell every now n then. In the morning on 25th jan he ordered me to stop the alarm and in the evening when caught red handed while he was switching off the alarm without calling nurse he was literally touching my feet asking for mercy and not to complain..
16. One sister manjeet taking guard's side and telling public welfare dept. that its not guards fault as she also thinks this is okay. In the evening time another guard amit kumar accepted in front of Dr. Nitin that he always stops the alarm;sometimes he calls the nurse sometimes not because most of the times ring blows automatically not by patient..
17. Air conditioner instructions were given on 25th afternoon by pintu kumar on asking why you did not tell it before he replied"ladka to roz ata hoga apke pass batane aur check karne ke liye". New born baby needs maintained room temperature and they just dont care about anything..
18. Telephone directory is still not present in the deluxe room. Nothing is written there to whom we may contact, what is the reception desk no., what is kitchen's contact etc..
19. On 23rd morning housekeeping lady refused to change the bedsheet of patient which is taken with blanket to cover, after complaining somehow changed at around 5pm..
20. When we checked in the deluxe room no room service personnel came only sister ruminder kaur was there and she helped in check in; no slippers for patient was there, no hand sanitizer was there no soap bar was there inside bathroom. They expect us to take bath with liquid soap..
21. Today is 26th and still no phone directory is there, drawer of medicine table is still unserviceable, another sofa is torned..
22. No pillow and bedsheet was provided to attendant only two small sized cushions and one blanket are there..
23. I came to this hospital only because of brand name of fortis and Dr. Poonam rastogi gynaecologist. Now we have become parents but the bad experience faced here are resisting us to feel happy..
24. One more thing is that it is extremely tough to meet admin staff here after complaining again n again they tell us to meet nursing supervisor. I made many complaints in front of Mr. Nitin, Mr. Vishal sharma, Ms. Purnima sharma, Ms. Priyanka, Ms. Aman, Dr. Ankush, Col. Darshan singh as well but everybody is saying that they are following hospital policies..
25. If not taking responsibility, saving your guard, ignoring the facilities which are to be provided inside deluxe room, bad behaviour by security guard, no help, no easy reach to admin staff, no call back from reception etc. are the policies of this hospital(which were clearly shown in our matter) then i must say that the future of this hospital is dark..
26. I am still waiting for a call from any senior authority which can take action and can take responsibility..

Whenever you people read my this mail plz do give me a call which seems next to impossible for you guys..i want to talk to north zonal head or any one who is competent enough to teach a lesson to col.(retd.) Darshan and his fellow liers..all are very smart to hide things bloody nonsense but remember you all god will definitely punish you very very soon but before that i will make sure that you are punished by law.

We gone through such a bad experience of FORTIS HOSPITALmulund.For 3 days they kept telling that my patient will become better having hemorrhage of brain and on 4 day they took her to decomposition anatomy of brain and after that they said operation was successful and patient will recover. But till morning we came to know that patient had bleeding internally and will not survivor.
Once they make the patient brain dead they came to us for asking organ donations.

I went to Fortis Healthworld (St John's road, opp RBANMS Ground) in Bangalore on Jan-16-2016 with Doctors prescription for daughter's medicine. But the salesperson/CSR sold me incorrect medicine than what was written on the doctor's prescription. This is very issue as my daughter is just 2 years old and it could have been a very serious problem if we had given incorrect medicine. So I would urge the company to sack/remove from job the two people who sold me incorrect medicine. The two people are Chandrashekhar T and Rangaraju HR. If the action is not taken against these then I would have to approach consumer court against the company

Dr Ajay Bhalla is a Worst and Evil GI Surgeon who killed my mother at Fortis Hospital, Noida. He prolonged her illness by not putting required stent in duodenum and made her to suffer from abdominal blockage and severe pain. He made her to stay untreated. And if this was not enough, Ajay Bhalla also stopped her diet both liquid and solid when she asked for food and water. This made her immunity to go down and a as result she developed sepsis (high bacterial infection) due to which she expired. I was with my mother through out the treatment and I realized that Ajay Bhalla is interested in only extending the illness so that both he and the hospital could make as much as money as they could. Similar are the stories with other patients at fortis under Ajay Bhalla's treatment as well. Ajay Bhalla is truly an Evil, Savage and Merciless Murderer of my dear mother. I give him curse that same will happen to him and his family. Ajay Bhalla you will die a dog's death.

I was admitted in Fortis Hospital from 22-Sep-2015 to 26 Sep-2015 for Dengue treatment. For which they were raised the above mentioned bill. Dr Ajay Bhalla, HOD, Gastroenterology at Fortis Hospital Noida is a Scoundrel, Ferocious, Murderer Monster, Merciless doctor who killed my dear mother by not attending her properly at Fortis Hospital, Noida. He did not put stent properly in common bile duct and he ignored stenting in duodenum which he showed me in endoscopy room while doing procedure to my mother.
Moreover, to my surprise, he delayed the required medical intervention unnecessarily for more than 20 days during which she was admitted in FORTIS HOSPITAL NOIDA only to make as much as money he could. He stopped her solid and liquid diet both when she was hungry and was asking food and water from me. I stood as a guilty son who see her hungry and thirsty. So many times did I asked Bhalla why are you doing this to her. But that son of never listened to me. This resulted in severe infection during she was admitted and shifted her to ICU only to make money and when infection got worsened, then started high dose of antibiotics. He is a scoundrel and a killer. She died for no reason. She was just 58. He has made me and my family to grieve over my dear mother's death. I give curse to Ajay Bhalla and his family. Same will happen to him and his family. Ajay Bhalla will die most pathetic, horrible and painful death, this is my curse to him.

Devavrat Arya is a scoundrel, ferocious wild animal in dress of doctor. He has murdered my mother by prolonging her illness. He kept me and my family in dark. She was a healthy person both mentally and physically. She was doing all well during the treatment when Devavrat Arya changed the line of treatment just to murder my mother. Devavrat Arya is a cold-blooded person who did not care my mother's health. Devavrat Arya and his father belong to a family of thugs. Junior doctors have criticized the step of changing medicine and line of treatment. He did not gave me the opportunity to consult any other doctor outside Fortis Hospital Noida for second opinion. With the Refrence of Dr Nitin Sethi, I want to have a consultation with Dr Nitin Sethi about the procedure of Rhinoplasty, but I am confused about his clinic location. Kindly tell me wheather I have to Come at " Fortis Hospital Ludhiana" or at ""SMILE and GLOW CENTRE, NAWANSHAHR".

Dr Vikas Goswami is a scoundrel, ferocious wild animal in dress of doctor. He has murdered my wife by prolonging her illness. He kept me and my family in dark. She was a healthy person both mentally and physically. She was doing all well during the treatment when Goswami changed the line of treatment just to murder my wife. Vikas Goswami is a cold-blooded person who did not care my wife's health. Goswami and his father belong to a family of thugs. On 24 July 2015 I took my wife for blood test & USG test. We paid INR 390 by credit card blood test. While paying for USG test, my card was swapped 3 times for INR 1340. I received 3 different payment notifications from the bank. Fortis bill desk personnel assured me that I'll be charges only once. When I received the statement, I saw I was charged twice the amount INR 1340. One of 3 SMS notification provided below. ************* Rs 1, 340.00 was spent on your Credit Card 5546XXXXXXXX0595 on 24-JUL-15 at FORTIS HOSPITALS LIM. ******** I have credit card statement with me. Name of Patient: Priyadarshini Sen Card holder's name: Sanjoy Nath I called up to get my money back.

Fortis hospital Bangalore: Pathetic experience. Doctors wont tell you what they gonna do. If any one wants to change the doctor, receptionist's first question: reason for changing the doctor?? (which sounds very awkward and embarrassing).

Fortis Gurgaon: Charge too high. Middle class family and even upper middle class cannot afford for longer time. Doctors, assistants do not give a clear picture of the expenses the patient have to bare for critical illness treatment (Brain tumor operation). Staying in fortis for 7 days post surgery, the hospital says "Operation was successful, but the patient's immune system is so less that the body is not responding". This words were used in Gurgaon as well as in Bangalore by two different doctors for two different critical operation. I believe they get training on the convincing skills "how to convince the patient's family members after operation failure".

I will never recommend fortis to anyone. Its just the brand name with good infrastructure that's it not worthful treatment.

Dear Sir My name is Raghuvinder Kumar Jha and my UHID is FHL11302336. I am a regular patient of your hospital. In your hospital I admitted in IPD ON 20.3.15. On 21.3.15 my CT Scan was done. After discharging I continued to take treatment from your hospital regularly. After few months when I saw no sign of improvements then I thought for second opinion for taking treatment from AIIMS When I went to AIIMS hospital on 16.11.15 they asked for my previous report and said me to come along with that. After that when I came to Escorts hospital to take my previous report in Radiology Department 16.11.15 they said to me that my report has been lost and hence unable to give report to me and suggested me to do my CT Scan again. Now the question is that how doctor can compare my report with new one when no previous reports are available but despite all the thing I did my CT Scan again and next day on 18.11.15 when I show this new report to my doctor the doctor said to me that you have no pulmonary koch's which was written on that new report while I am suffering from any other disease. After that I went to Radiology (where CT Scan was done) and said all about this to the concern doctor then doctor blamed technician that he said that you(I) have pulmonary koch's and technician blamed a nurse and this process continued of blaming. After all that I went to patient welfare and said all about the nonsense things which happened to me. Then one staff of welfare went with me to Gupta Ji (Radiology). But no action was taken against it. After that I also showed a film of X-Ray to Gupta Ji on which neither date was mentioned nor the name of Escort was printed on it some Ranjan Diagnostic was printed on that film on place of Escort. Gupta Ji refused to believe that the film was of Escort hospital. Now when I started to argue on this topic then one technician came and make believed that the film was of Escort and mistake of name and date is due to software error to Gupta Ji. After that Gupta Ji believed all about this. My concern Doctor said that when date is not mentioned on the film and you(I) have also lost my previous CT Scan report then how can I compare this to your previous report. Now please tell me Sir If I would go to AIIMS with this pulmonary koch's report without showing my report to my doctor then certainly I would must take legal action against hospital. I also received a call from [protected] about my case on that evening. I am sending you the attachment of complain to Welfare and X-Ray on which date is not mention. Please take suitable action against it ASAP. I’ll be thankful to you for this.
