Regarding management rude behaviour and my refund

Most rude and bullsheet staff and managment as i followup for my refund from[protected] to[protected] but no one can reply in a proper manner management behave like a rude goverment employees, why fortis hospital use my money so many days as i paid that amount from my credit card and my bank ask intrest for that used amount and fortis hospital used my amount and not send in my credit card account

This is to share my worst experience with Fortis.
My father had a small medical issue for which I took an appointment with Dr Arunvanan Nandan. When I reached his chamber he was busy chit chatting and laughing with his 2 female subordinates. Neither did he have the decency to ask the patient to sit and understand the issue nor was he polite with my family members.
He just saw the patient for a few minutes and asked us to follow...

Worst patient care and casual attitude

My Father is 88 years old senior citizen. I have admitted him on 6th of December 21 he is suffering from UTI and having infection and pain . But till time 27 hours has been passed but no Urologist visitted him and no UTI treatment started yet . Patient name is Madan Singh Room no. 4720 .Pease help I have no words for such a poor service ....

My experience of fortis cannot get any worst than that I'm having right now.
Management doesn't know for what they are assigned.

Dr. Arun Bal

What kind of hospital is this where the doctor does not appear on time. He might be a great doctor but time is where he will be judged for his services. I am with my Grandfather waiting for my meeting with Doctor at Mahim, Mumbai. The opd timings are from 8am to 8pm but the doctor turns up at 9 and we are waiting till 10:30 for our turn to come up. My appointment with the doctor was at 8:30am, 20/11/2021.

Disappointing staff and services

Too careless staff in the oncology department while dealing with a critical patient mrs meenu sachdeva undergoing chemotherapy at fortis, gurgaon. The basic blood tests advised by the doctor were skipped by the staff and even small issues are resolved in a unnecessary delayed manner. The food of the patient is also not delivered on time and diet plan too advised by two different doctors differs. Really disappointed by such an esteemed and...

Blood Report collection Section is worst

They are not sending the report in the specified email id unless we called and asking manually. why they ask to us give our email details as if they send the report in mail without calling them? I don't why they are not working properly. there charges are more for every blood report compare to others hospital but they should work according to that....

Inappropriate Behaviour by Staff

Address:JLN marg, Malviya Nagar

I had surgery so I had to take a lift but the staff(Mukesh Sharma) didn't allow me to use the lift. He asked me to take the stairs.
OPD section was very rude, I asked them to put the hospital seal on the final invoices but they keep on saying we don't have the seal.
They will not give proper reason and I need to submit few documents so I asked them for print out and they made me run here and there and staff answer was like...

Call not picking

Hi, It's been a big concern. There is an surgery scheduled for my son tomorrow, I have been calling continuously for last 1 hr but nobody is picking up the call, when a reception guy picked it up, I asked him to transfer to tpa but call got disconnected at once. I think fortis staff should have been contacted me before the surgery. No body Is even telling me the approval status. I am highly disappointed. I am a little confused now, whether...

Irresponsible and irregularities in treatment from medical staff in Nightingale ward

I would like state the irresponsible behaviour from the medical staff. My mother was admitted around 11:30 am. Doctor informed the staff to send request for SDPC and indent for bone marrow transplant. It's now 3:30 pm, 4 hours since admission, but still they have not send the request for neither SDPC nor bone marrow transplant. No response from the counselor

Councler name -mohanamba working in fortis hospital bannergatta road is not at all taking responsibility towards patient when ever we call her, her status is she is busy infact she won't listen regarding patient problems but tells her problems to us like she is busy with other patient it may be once or twice, but every time she says same thing taking care is their responsibility instead of that they tell their problems its not at all a good...

Highly Non-Professional Deeds

Hi my mother got admitted in The hospital for Post menupausal bleeding, before that we visted the Concerned person for the QUOTATION for the whole package which was 80 to 85k including 4 days twin sharing bed. THIS IS CLEARLY WRITTEN BY THE CONCERNED PERSON ON THE QUOTATION.

And after 4 days when they generated the bill it came to be 148433 Almost double.
And when i have asked questions about the same they have come...
