[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — complaining about refund

As per billing section they have initiated my refund request on the same day of oct 5 and it’s been 18 days but amount is still not refunded and also they didn’t give any confirmation for refund I checked with bank too but still not credited no proper response in customer care
