[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Complaining about the staff behaviour

I called fortis kidney and research institute today i.e. 17.12.2020 for an appointment for my father. I called them several times and they cut the phone even before providing me the enough information. Finally I managed to get some information about the doctor, but the lady in reception behaved like a goon." Will you book appointment or not" that was her approach with a harsh voice. Is it the way, the patients and their attendants should be treated?
