This is to share my worst experience with Fortis.
My father had a small medical issue for which I took an appointment with Dr Arunvanan Nandan. When I reached his chamber he was busy chit chatting and laughing with his 2 female subordinates. Neither did he have the decency to ask the patient to sit and understand the issue nor was he polite with my family members.
He just saw the patient for a few minutes and asked us to follow the nurse for some useless test (My family doctor confirmed that it is not required at all). We waited for the test for 30 mins but later we realized that the sample was already taken by the doctor and we were expected to leave. When I asked the nurse about the medicine to be taken, we were informed that it should be explained by the doctor. I had to wait for a long time to meet the doctor again for no reason.
The doctor is very rude and mannerless. He is always busy having fun with colleagues and impressing the female associates around him.
I later approached another doctor and the issue was fixed right away. This was my first and last experience with Fortis. I would never suggest my family or friends visit the hospital.
Request you to take action against him, as he is spoiling the hospital image and creating a very bad impression among the people around.
