[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — complaint regarding negligence of nurses. | |
My mom had a surgery from fortis Mohali. The surgery went smooth but after that when she was in the ward, the nurses showed alot of negligence towards her care ! I mean why are we paying lacs if you can't provide us with the basic requirements of the patient and can't provide her with what she needs. Even where they inserted the cannula that part and the whole hand is abnormally swollen and she's in alot of pain due to such negligence. They were so untrained that they didn't even figured out that the medicine was dripping out and wasn't going where it needed to be. Also they served her stale food and nobody even asked for water. We trusted this hospital as her treatment was already pursued from the same but this time they did a blunder!. I hope to get a reply soon ! UHID of patient is 317339 Was this information helpful? | |
