My father is an ex army man, on 13th Nov my father hadba severe headache, we visited noida 62 branch, he got temporary treatment in the emergency ward, after CT scan, doctor said he had blood leakage (SDH) inside his head and we need to admit him in the ICU. I told the same to the person in the billing counter, he said okay, and said he is preparing the papers, and asked me to wait for 15 minutes, but after 15 minutes he told me that no beds are available in ICU, and all are booked since last night, and soo many patients are waiting for their turn. This is very poor management, he just needed 15 minutes to discuss with his superiors if he should admit an ex army man who faught during Kargil war, when his father was serving food on table every night to him. And then they denied, I got to know that they admitted other patients in ICU after my father on same day. This kind of a treatment is not accepted, I will file a complain and will go to the depth of this, I have all the papers where it was claimed that no beds are available, you just need to prove that you didn't offer beds to anyone else, I am going to sue you.
