Fortis Healthcare — Discrepancy in bill no. Icr96515 and uhid no. Whmd.[protected] | |||
I was admitted in Fortis Hospital from 22-Sep-2015 to 26 Sep-2015 for Dengue treatment. For which they were raised the above mentioned bill. There are below mentioned discrepancies in this bill:- 1.Under room tariff (Point no.2) they were charged me for ICU but as per Doctor Instructions I was to be moved to the normal room in morning only but due to non-availability of room they were not able to move me, then why should I bear the ICU cost? 2. Under Doctor Consultations they were charged me twice for Intensivist Visit and once for Nutritional Screening Assessment. But I was not been inspect by such doctors. 3. Under Profile they were charged me for ACUTE FEVER PACKAGE for Rs. 8, 000/- what is this for? If they have taken me under any package then why other charges were also charged. I was following up with hospital for more then 2 month via personally meet with Ms. Archana Billing executive and by email to Dr. Leena Thakoor but not received any response yet.
