Hi... Chennai fortis hospital blood bank staff working beyond the duty schedule hours for eg: 6 hours duty they are working 10 hours and for night duty 12 hours but they are working 18 hours... Because of These rules staffs facing mind stress, tension, due to heavy work load and long time duty hours and also family problems arising...extra hours they are not even consider as over time...
