[Resolved]  Fortis Healthcare — I am complaining for harassment for not providing necessary documents

Address:Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, Delhi

Uhid 2070466, i have been requesting forits hospital shalimar bagh to provide me emergency admission certificate as per norms of railways so that i can submit my claim for reimbursement but they are clearly refusing to provide me the same. I requested doctor reema khanna as well multiple times but she dismissed to even talk to us. Request you to intervene and help me out.
