[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — incapable to provide healthcare services | |
Bed 755 1. No towel since yesterday. 2. Voice therapist recommended drinking hot water and steam therapy. None s provided. Still no water after asking for it 4 times. 3. Ringing bell does nothing. Patient going to toilet by himself despite being dizzy. 4. Earlier patient das kept in the same room with a malaria patient and he succumbed to the disease as well. Patient was in apollo earlier and i regret moving him here. Apollo was 100 times better. Unsatisfied with your services. Will spread the word. I hope your hospital representative will get back while the patient is still admitted. Looking at the response rate I'm highly pessimistic.
