Fortis Healthcare — Non-delivery of service after taking online payment

On June 15, 2021, I booked an appointment with Fortis Hospital Noida for an online consultation with an ENT specialist. I was given an appointment with one Dr Sabyasachi Saxena for 1 PM the same day. I paid Rs 900 as the consultation charge. At 1 PM, I logged on to the link provided by the hospital and waited for the doctor to join. No one came online; I called the hospital thrice between 1 and 3 PM, and was told the doctor would call back in the "next 15 minutes". Nothing happened. Basically, the hospital took my Rs 900 and did not give me the service it promised.
