I tried booking an appointment on the app and made a payment. However, while my money got deducted, I didn't get any appointment. It doesn't reflect on the app either.
I have written to Fortis and tried calling them but I received any response/haven't been able to speak to any customer care representative. I have essentially just lost the money and noone is responding with a status of that money. Was this information helpful? |
