Hi, I am writing this email with at most disappointment in the way that Fortis hospital has treated me. I am shocked to write this email for such a pity thing. Nevertheless, below is the summary. I called Fortis OPD on 24th April requesting for a Urology surgeon & I was told that I need to visit a vascular surgeon & appointment was booked with Dr Nagabhushan. After waiting for over 1 hour in the Vascular Dept, Doc said that I need to visit the Urology Dept. By now, I had paid 1000/- which includes a 200/- registration fee & 800/- consultation fee. Post this, I paid another 600/- for the MESS that was created by some incompetent people in the hospital. I was told that they will arrange a refund of 800/- in 24 Hours, and it's been over 10 days that I have not got my money back. Every time I call the vascular OPD, the person on the telephone does not seem to help & keeps disconnecting the call. Such useless people need to be thrown out of the system & have someone who is helpful. While I have been calling your team multiple times, I don't seem to get anywhere. I spoke to sushma from customer care who was from a feedback team apparently & she does seem to help either. I am expecting my money back which is held by your team unethically.
