I had taken appointment for breast biopsy two days before as i was traveling from rajasthan state just for treatment. As i arrived on right before appointment time, doctor denied for the test (Dr. Saurabh) saying that he is alrea attending lots of appointments & kisne appointment de di... Blah blah. Another person from management told me that test will be done once all patients are treated, yet i was the one who was supposed be attended first. I had appointment, not those people. Due to this management fault my whole day was ruined, & i had to go back empty handed because i had other urgent works to do, i had also paid the fees. Was this information helpful? | |
