I got my parent's health checkup done, and chose different packages.
Along with the packages we included 2 different tests, and asked for a separate bill.
I was very clear about separate bill as I had to get it reimbursed.
But they made a combined bill, and this is really very unfair.
Now they are not agreeing to have me separate bill.
I feel cheated with my money that i deserve to claim from my insurance, , but due to the ignorance of the receptionist i cannot claim it now. Was this information helpful? |
