I have admitted my mother (Laxmi sharma) today around 10Am for gall bladder removal surgery. And we have selected the single pvt room.
Since then your staff saying your surgery will start in an hour and after 4 hours we have approached customer desk and they told us your surgery slot is 4:30 Pm.
Since that time my patient is waiting in HDU and staff didn't provide the room yet. And the attender doens't have a seat.
When we checked with bed manager they said we don't have vacant room yet and then they said please meet our IPD HEAD Dinesh kumar. Then we approached Dinesh kumar and told him everything. Then he said we don't have vacant room and all. He is so rude and talked in very bad manner.
Is that's how fortis work with patient?
Is this my mistake i have choose Fortis?
Is this only about money and nothing to do with patient care..
So disappointed with fortis. Please do something on this on urgent basis.
