I have taken approval of infertilty treatment of my wife by my insurence company but as per fortis tpa team are not understandable to how to manage this approval. Because infertility treatment under tpa process term and conditions are not clear. So request you to pls guide the team to settle my claim before 25 th oct 2018 as my wife treatment is due on 26th oct 2018. I did nt get any satisfactory response from tpa team. Pls make haste otherwise its eastefull for me.
