[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Unnecessary Procedures and Patient care is worst

To be honest, I had a bad experience with Fortis, Procedure are very long(eg: before my endoscopy they asked me to go through covid test. Being a patient I waited in 4 different queues to just give a sample and the main part is when I asked for my results after 3hrs without checking anything they just wrote in words "negative" for no reason I paid 700rs and waited in long queues. Next part coming to Insurance counter - there is no proper response, no Intention of helping people all they say is check with insurance companies before you ask any queries. Worst among all is the admission counter where they will ask you to wait for few hrs. Yes, literally I waited for 2 hrs and 30mins without response yet and with an empty stomach from morning till 08:30 pm now and with full frustration I am writing this. This will be the last time I will visit Fortis. Thank you for all your service
