[Resolved] Fortis Healthcare — Unprofessional and incompetent behavior by staff

I visited Fortis faridabad for blood test prescribed by ECHS palwal, 1 test was not listed so Mrs Ruchika refused to conduct that test and she was not aware of Appx A of ECHS letter B/49778/AG/ECHS/PA/RULING Dt 28 Jun 11.. After calling to ECHS palwal and complaining about her to authorities she gave me the form but incomplete with no diagnosis, Mrs Chandani asked me to go to Delhi RR hospital to write the diagnosis, which was not required...Plz look in the matter as this is unprofessional, unethical and incompetent behavior by Mrs Ruchika and Chandani...
