[Resolved] Fortis Hospital Bannerghatta Road — fortis hospital on bannerghatta road and star insurance services denying cashless service for children not having aadhar cards

It is extremely disturbing that fortis hospitals are refusing cashless services to young children above 5 years who cannot produce aadhar cards,
I had admitted my child niharika paul on 24th august 2019, and the billing staff raju, refused to process the insurance claim without her aadhar card. Asking father's aadhar card too, citing some outdated irda notification.
Private entities are subverting the supreme court notification and denying services to the people.
Request you to guide me on taking this forward and ensuring that this is
