Fortis Vasant Kunj — not able to withdraw my pf amount

Dear sir/ madam,

Subject:- not able to withdraw pf amount

This is to bring to your notice that despite several efforts i (Nidhi dewan) have not be able to know the status of my pf withrawal application.
I was working with fortis vasant kunj hospital from march 2012 to march 2013 and applied for pf in fortis hospital vasant kunj in 2013. On enquiring about the status, they informed that for 1500 employees wrong pf number has been updated, which they are getting rectified from pf office.
In 2018, i applied again for pf withdrawal against my pf no: (Dl/33975/2169.)
Mr. Rajeev who work as hr in fortis vasant kunj at time of pf application assured that he will update the status regularly. But on calling at his number, he never responds. It's been 5 years and i am still not able to know the status of my application. Really disappointed with how different departments are working and causing difficulty for the employee.

Would request if you could help me with my application of pf withdrawal.
