I Pema Ongyal Bhutia had bought one Fossil Smartwatch Sports from Fossil though after the usage of 1 day I found out that the smartwatch is not compatible with the iPhone. Though by following Fossil India return and refund policy if you are not interested, change of mind, and unsatisfactory use of the product then you can return the product before 30 days.
I called to the Fossil India Customer care and explain my issues so they told me that if you are not satisfied by the product then you can return it with no issue but please email to the customercare.[protected]@fossil.com
I wrote them an email stating about my issue and also attaching the product order number with full invoice in pdf format. After two days I checked an email Inbox and I found out there email reply saying that my request have been registered. After that again one email came from there side saying that two attach an image of the product from all angle with the box which product have been packed and came. I did that according to their instruction. After a day I got an email saying that the attach image in email will taken into consideration for money refund they are asking all bank details like account number, bank name, IFSC code number, bank branch etc. They sent me an email saying that I have to wait for 3-4 days as I will get a call from courier partner for reverse pick up. I wait for 3 to 4 days but still I have not got any call so I again wrote an email to them and they sent me a replay saying that the process have been done from their side. I waited for 3-4 days again but did not got any call therefore I called to their customer care number and I told my issue they ask for order number, I gave them and told me that the priority have been set to High and have to wait for 48-72 hours for courier partner to call back. I waited but I didn't got any call.
Please help me otherwise after 30 days company will going to say that return process comes to an end so we can not able to help you. Was this information helpful? |
