I had a Fossil wristwatch: CH2990. I bought it a few years ago from a retail shop: Watch Station, Indira Nagar, Bengaluru. The actual cost of it was ₹13000. But, there was an offer and I bought it for over ₹8000.

Recently, there were some minor scratches on its glass and the strap got torn. I, therefore, handed it to Mr Viraj at Fossil Exclusive Store, Pheonix Mall, Pune for repair service of the watch on 13 June 2022. He said their server was down at that time and asked me to take a picture of the service card and my watch (attached). So, I got the email from them with the service form on 15th June 2022 (attached) Service Order No.: SVO425686. Email case No.: 04789434. But, when I checked on the Fossil Care website: https://www.fossilcare.com/my-repairs/, they mentioned that the watch had stoppage issue. They were wrong about it. It was working perfectly fine. I emailed them regarding that and they also confirmed that the watch was fine except that they will be changing the glass and strap (email screenshots attached).

It has been a very long time without their response. A few weeks back I spoke to their customer care. They said that my watch had stoppage issue and cannot be repaired so they will give me a depreciation voucher worth 2079 rupees for that and I have to buy a new watch (screenshot of Fossil care website repair summary is attached). I emailed them that they were committing fraud but they haven't responded yet. I also chatted with their customer care. Mr Abhishek (from customer care chat) told me that he will look into it 12 days ago. I have the chat transcript as well. So far, there is no response.

Refer to their emails' screenshots and service forms. It was very clear that the watch was working perfectly fine and there was no stoppage. I only needed Strap and glass change because of scratches. There was no breakage of any sort. If there is now, their technician might have done it. And they are stealing my watch. This is Fraud. I am also attaching the picture I had taken while I submitted the watch at Fossil Store and the receipt I received from them. There is no mention and proof of stoppage or any kind of breakage. I need my watch in perfect condition now. They took too much time and are trying to scam me. There was no intimation from their end as well.

    It is a shame that Fossil Stores are not having return policy at stores when all other brands are having this policy. Fossil themselves have return policy on e-store but not at retail stores??? E-store items can be returned at retail store but retail store items cannot be returned at retail stores.??? Illogical!!!
    1st time I have bough from Fossil and pledge to not do it again.

    I want to return my watch and get a refund.

      I have purchased a fossil watch worth 9495 from fossil India website 2 month ago, but they have cancelled my order and haven't paid back my refund amount till now.
      every time I call them they say they are processing it, from past 2 months.
      As per company website they are saying that they will refund within 14 days.
      Nothing is happening there.

        I tried placing online order on Fossil India website during September and my first attempt timed out but amount got withdrawn. I reached out to my bank (HDFC) and they said the vendor deducted the money and it wasn't an issue on their end. I reached out to Fossil Support and provided the transaction details (one that failed and the second that went through successfully for the order I submitted).

        Fossil customer care acknowledged the issue and gave me the case number 02091344 on their end. They even said they processed the refund on 25-Nov-2021 (see picture attached). However the refunds haven't been received and when I reached out to HDFC they asked me for the transaction details. I have tried getting the transaction details from Fossil customer care but there is no response.

        I need the Fossil customer care to process the refund without cheating and send transaction details once they send refunds. Please don't close this grievance until then. Thanks.

          Manufactured Defective piece not replaced

          Hello.
          I purchased Fossil Hybrid Hr smartwatch model on July 2020 online at Fossil site. Since then i have faced thrice problem with their display. Since the beginning i had been requesting for refund or replacement however until now that is the third time when im facing the issue i have decided that they do me a full refund for ny watch as from the beginning i have been facing 1 issue repeatedly and they couldnt resolve it permanently....

          Not replacing unrepairable watch

          I gave my fossil smart watch for repair on august 2nd, after waiting for almost 20 days, i got a mail from fossil saying my watch couldnt be repaired and asked me to select a watch worth the price of my previous one and they said the watch will be arranged from the factory and it will be send to my address.
          The next day when i called in fossil customer care number, they said they could only give credit note and the option of sending...

          I am complaining about the return/refund delays

          I Pema Ongyal Bhutia had bought one Fossil Smartwatch Sports from Fossil though after the usage of 1 day I found out that the smartwatch is not compatible with the iPhone. Though by following Fossil India return and refund policy if you are not interested, change of mind, and unsatisfactory use of the product then you can return the product before 30 days.

          I called to the Fossil India Customer care and explain my issues so...

          Hi fossil team, i am one of fossil watch user my watch model no es2956 purchased in london in april 2013.
          I deposited the watch with fossil store, thane viviana mall with the issue of crystal missing.
          They gave me one receipt on the date 26th april 2018 and gave me a receipt. My svo199860. Deal code moh056
          I got the msg that i need to pay inr 313 on ground of repair. Wherein it has always been said that branded companies like fossil do not charge for such issues.
          When i inquired with the store, they said that they do not have my watch. And misbehaved with me. When i tried to talk with the manager he favored the staff and added there is no watch with us.

          When i said that kindly check your surveillance camera they told me they will check and let me know. But the behavior of both the staff was very rude and aggressive. The manager syed salman is totally unprofessional person and he favoured the person who was misbehaving with me name danish khan.
          Kindly take some strict actions.
          All i want my repaired watch.
