I purchased Fossil Hybrid Hr smartwatch model on July 2020 online at Fossil site. Since then i have faced thrice problem with their display. Since the beginning i had been requesting for refund or replacement however until now that is the third time when im facing the issue i have decided that they do me a full refund for ny watch as from the beginning i have been facing 1 issue repeatedly and they couldnt resolve it permanently. I want to demand a claim on the courier charges too because i beleived that they could repair the part however they did not. Calling the customer care on their number is no point as they bluntly and blindly suggest me to send it to the service center. Now in recent 3 days i have been trying to get in touch with the customer care via email but have not received a proper response to it.
I am requesting you to take necessary steps or action against the company so that i get my refund and claim for my courier.
