I gave my fossil smart watch for repair on august 2nd, after waiting for almost 20 days, i got a mail from fossil saying my watch couldnt be repaired and asked me to select a watch worth the price of my previous one and they said the watch will be arranged from the factory and it will be send to my address.
The next day when i called in fossil customer care number, they said they could only give credit note and the option of sending watch directly to the customer is not available.
Then i made 5-6 calls in customer care number and also mailed 5-7 times in the fossil email id, still they failed to give the credit note.
Later on sept 2 nd i received a mail from fossil asking me to select watch worth the price of my previous one, as told by them i selected 2 models and sent the mail back.Fossil sent me a mail informing that they would arrange the ordered watch and send ditectly to my home.They told they will receive the watch by sept 12 th and will acknowledge me.Still now i did not receive any notice from them.
The customer service of fossil is just horrible.The informations given through mail and through calls will be completely different and thus makes the customer confused.
The fossil group should understand that every penny is valuable.
Extremely disappointed by the service.
