This is my worst experience I've ever had. I ordered my product on 15th feb 2023 but due to some reasons I cancelled it on the same day by sending a request for call back.. They informed me that they've cancelled the order but i kept on receiving notification regarding delivery status.. I called them back to ensure that my order have cancelled.. They assured me that they've cancelled my order not to worry and they also said that they'll refund my money back within 4-7 days.. But on 21st of feb 2023 i received my cancelled order.. This is not at all fair! I called them again and they said they'll raise a return request within a day Or two but I didn't receive any updates regarding this order and I'm having my order with me unopened and unused. Still I didn't get my refund money.. This is totally exhausting.. Kindly help with my problem and deal with the further steps Was this information helpful? |
