Fpl Technologies One Card — FD amount not received

I had closed my one card account on 21st November after paying the charges. The amount which according to the onecard team was to be deposited to my account within 5 to 7 days. Today is 9th of December i have still not received my FD amount. The customer care number wont accept my call to talk to a person. They take 2 to 3 days to reply and have been saying that the issue will be resolved with priority. I don't think its being a priority when you take 3 or more days to get a issue resolved.
