I ordered veggies and fruits on 25-feb on fraazo app and received order in 90 minutes. But strawberries were mushy, spinach was with worms, cauliflower stale with all brown spots, papaya too small, tender coconuts stale, water melon when was cut was white in color and no taste. I was sent replacement for few things and even that turned out to be useless and stale. When called up customer care executive asked for photo and says it is all usable. AFter charging money for good quality they sent bad quality fruits and veggies and customer care executive also does not support. They cheat people by sending stale fruits and veggies and claim them to be farm fresh. Was this information helpful? |
