My dad sent an important documents to me from kumbakonam in the date of 3rd Nov to Bangalore.
It has been more than 8 days now, till the courier was not delivered.

When I called the courier person in the number [protected], he told he will get it tomorrow on 6th nov.
When I called him yesterday, he started shouting at me saying I have to come pickup the courier.

I tried reaching the company's customer...

Dr. Siddha from Karaikudi I selected a French courier to send a medicine for quick delivery I sent the courier on 01.11.2023 but the courier did not arrive quickly the next day instead it arrived on 04.11.2023 so I could not give the medicine to my patient at the correct time and even after returning it to me I have not received the correct response. I am very sorry not delivered from the courier office very very bad service this french express...

Impolite and inappropriate response from the manager named srinivasan....

I have paid rs.3067 on 19AUG23 at 11.28AM for an international courier to Malaysia, i took the contact number of franch courier from the website & contacted-Mr.Jayagokul (agent), in the previous day conversation i said am not able to pack the things, so is it possible to get it packed there, he said yer, then only i decided to handover it (god's framed photo, 1 saree, kumkum & thirneer, sand) totally 2kgs, he said, may be they reject kumkum...

Hi, I've sent a package via Franch Express Courier from chennai to Bangalore(Uttarahalli) on 19/08/23. But on 23/08 it showed that the package is delivered but it's not. When I tried to call the contact person name which it's shown in the tracking page, he haven't returned my call and continouesly ingoring it.

The person name is Santhosh([protected]) from Uttarahalli. This is worst behaviour from their side and also tried calling...

Order has been shipped 3 days before to Karnataka but it has not reached the customer yet. Avoid this courier...

I had a Delivery from Madurai through Franch express Courier. but I didn't received the product still now. The delivery person VIJIN - [protected] AZHAKIYAMANDAPAM is not responding properly. He called me to get the product from his available location which is far from my location. because of the product delayed, I faced heavy loss and mentally worried. so that I am moving forward this complaint to consumer...

I check my corier by using corier tracking I'd it has shown that it has been delivered...but it has been 1day more but I didn't get the corier...
