Delivery man keeps my courier and not yet delivered to me. He spoke too harshly while requesting to urgent delivery.

We booked one consignment for R. A. Puram Chennai on 23/08/2024. But Not Deliver yet. It is Krishna Jayanthi Sweets. if possible please deliver this to destination in first half. Otherwise the sweets will be destroyed.
Please understand our problem. our track number is [protected]. The person who is holding the parcel name is babu. no body attend the call and no response.
Kindly take action and deliver as soon as possible.

AWB [protected].. my package was came status out of delivery on Saturday afternoon 1.33pm (20/04/24) then Sunday, Monday, Tuesday also over.. delivery person (given ph number in status) not attending calls, i called delivery person more than 25 calls.. waiting call also but no answer.. in customer care daily they saying today you will get your package.. and they cutting calls with one word answer while I talking.. I sent email company email also.. they diverting again customer care no.. still I didn't receive.. franch courier peoples is playing with my package? Totally Irresponsible courier service.. I bought paint worth 1500rs by courier.. I think I will get after my paint expired..

Dear team I am booking my courier on 16th April through Franch speed service based and charged 350 rupee's. And delivery is shedhullled by next day. But I will be check my courier status it was booked 17 th April and delivered to 18th April.its an urgent document and may be received lately that document was rejected due to lately submit.

I need clear corrective action for this otherwise I will be raise the complaint further.

Consignment number [protected] booked 8/04/24 but courier not delivered, asked nearer delivery hub they said that courier was not booked, they saying ask where u booked this courier.

Have booked groceries consignment from Gobichettipalayam to Chennai Madipakkam on 8.3.2024 Friday and they promised to deliver the same on 9.3.2024 Saturday, The above consignment is about to Dubai on 10.3.2024. But Till 10.00 pm of Saturday 9.3.2024 the consignment was not delivered. On call they said they will sure to deliver on 10.3.2024 by 10.00 a.m. But after 11.00 am. on Sunday 10.3.2024 they havent delivered and on call they simply said today is leave. So hence I have called Gobi Office to Return back the consignment to Gobi. On 14.3.2024 the Gobi Office said that the consignment was arrived in Damage condition and the groceries were made useless. This is abosoultely service error from your side. And mishandling of consignment hence caused a damage of Rs.1900/-. So I hereby request you to remit the above compensation at the earliest. Otherwise I will seek remedy through Consumer Court.

I sent my courier on Saturday(09 March) and tracking shows it is out for delivery on Monday(11 March). It's Tuesday now and not yet delivered.

I called the delivery agent at 9 AM today and mentioned it's an emergency. He promised he will deliver before noon but nothing happened. When I called him again he didn't pick the call.

Tried to call the head office. But numbers didn't work.

Called the shop where I initiated the courier. He confirmed within today it will be delivered stating "My area is a big are and it takes delay"

Come on man! That is why we came to you. I am not convinced by anyone's response and came here to share my grievance. This is a dead company. Seems like they do this job for time pass.

On tracking the order I found that the item reached madurai on 27.2.24 morning.also I found that the item is out for delivery for the past 3 days i.e 27th 28th 29th but still not received the package. I called the concerned delivery person but there was no proper response and said he can't deliver to the address.highly disappointed.

My courier was send ulundhurpet to sivagangai on[protected], courier received in Franch Express Office Sivagangai on[protected] morning, they're not out of delivery today, I call the office they say today not possible to delivery please come to office and collect it otherwise they're speak arrogantly. That is why I have filed a complaint.

Consignment under way bill [protected] was sent from Chennai to Kochi on 15 Feb 2024. Until end of day yesterday, the consignment has not been delivered, although it has reached the Kochi Hub on 17 Feb 2024. Pathetic service.

I have booked a courier with FranchExpress on 03/02/2024 afternoon. I was informed it would be delivered in two days and today is 08/02/2024 I have checked with the receiving end company Deloitte to one Anil Desai and haven't received the courier yet. It is an important document set to withdraw my Provident Fund and there are lot's of financial commitments depending on it.
The PF settlement can't be done without these documents reaching my office to rubber stamp and send to PF office for processing. Franch Express needs to take complete responsibility for any financial loss connected with it, such as not delivering on time and getting me into financial trouble for late payment of my home loan penalty.

They are not ready deliver the courier and not interested to do business
not picking the call and useless branch pallipalayam (tamil nadu), if not interested in this region then don't book the courier and make other peoples to suffer, other people take one day to deliver this courier they have taken two day to tell that yes we have received your courier

I have ordered wet grinder last Friday 12/01/2024 not received till date.poor response. I would have come the next day.

My friend sent one parcel through this French express courier in Navalur branch Chennai, but they didn't delivered the parcel to my address. When I asked them, they simply said like it's demaged in rain water and can't delivered like that. It's irresponsible and very service, rude behaviour. Why these people collect parcels from customer without delivery. Very very worst service. Please don't use parcel service in future this French express courier.

I have been sent a consignment from apparels vintage closet on 11.12.23 to periyanaickenpalayam Coimbatore. The delivery person is fraudulent and mentioned as address not found. When I called him his response was my mobile number is only of 9 digits. He is a great liar. The delivery partner name was Arun Kumar and his mobile number is [protected]. the franch courier from Chennai contacted me and asked for my address. How could they contact me if my mobile number is only of 9 numbers. Too absurd. Solve my issue.

How cheap courier service is this, this is my second time facing this issue, products are not home delivered in this courier service but they charged for doing home delivery, I seriously make this issue to the core until it gets solved even I wont regret to file a case against this cheap company like franch express. If my issue not resolved i would definently make a complaint and move as per law. Many of the people facing this issue i heard, they said if you want it early come and collect your product, how one courier service could say like this, its their responsibility to deliver the product fastly to the respective places instead they recieved our products and let it in their office until we go and take the product by ourselves. For this only they charge courier fee...?

My courier story
One Diwali batchanam parcel sent through French express courier on 9th Nov. 2023
They had taken immediate action and collect from shop 4 pm in place of 6 pm on same day.
Next two day’s means 10th and 11th they search the target manimangalam 601301.
But unfortunately they had failed to search the target, they think the pin code is wrong.
Then Next two day’s means 12th and 13th they had enjoyed the Diwali holiday’s.
Next two day’s mean 14th and 15” they had taken that parcel and try to delivery at target as soon as possible but heavy rain, what can do? Even the heavy rain they decide to deliver on 15th Nov. at any cast. But unfortunately the parcel was unable to delivery by them due to the driver refuse to take the parcel. Now today they again trying to deliver the parcel by compromise with driver. Manager going today at the spot to solve the problem immediately and despatch the parcel as soon as possible at the target manimangalam.
Actualy the Manimangalam is only 10km from tambaram. And daily through bus available for manimangalam in every 3hrs. the duration is maximum 40 min. and cost is maximum 50/-.
But I choose french express courier for safe delivery and paid 240/- for local chennai.
The pin code is also correct & confirmed. Even one new person in Chennai also search through google. The manimangalam is clear very address and the ashirvad flat also shown in google map clearly. The actual fact is the all driver’s are refuse to taken the parcel. And the driver’s not in under control of the concern department. Only if the driver accept the parcel, it will reach the target immediately.
Now 8th day today 16th Nov 2023 Let us see what happened?

One local Parcel booked on 9th nov 2023 from Selaiyur Tambaram chennai 600059. to Manimangalam Tambaram chennai 601301. The Actual delivery date is 10th Nov 2023 but after 6 days not yet delivered. Today is 7th day they again promised for sure delivery. The parcel contains Diwali Sweets and its cost is nearly 2, 500/-, now Diwali is completed. i think The sweets are mostly expired. The delivery holding person name is Gokul. Who is roughly talk to me. Also charges collected from me is too high. Rs. 240/-. They could not know what is urgency. Why we are giving so much amount for local area. and they could not know how to handle food items. Very careless people. today 15th nov. 2023 yet i am waiting for delivery. i advice them to don't play with food items. thanking you.
