I have ordered wet grinder last Friday 12/01/2024 not received till date.poor response. I would have come the next day.

The courier arrived it at Madurai on Friday..It's been two days, .not delivered my place.. update my enquiry...my courier tracking number [protected]...

Consignment no - [protected] not yet received
all contact numbers are not reacable and switced off

My friend sent one parcel through this French express courier in Navalur branch Chennai, but they didn't delivered the parcel to my address. When I asked them, they simply said like it's demaged in rain water and can't delivered like that. It's irresponsible and very service, rude behaviour. Why these people collect parcels from customer without delivery. Very very worst service. Please don't use parcel service in future this French express courier.

I have been sent a consignment from apparels vintage closet on 11.12.23 to periyanaickenpalayam Coimbatore. The delivery person is fraudulent and mentioned as address not found. When I called him his response was my mobile number is only of 9 digits. He is a great liar. The delivery partner name was Arun Kumar and his mobile number is [protected]. the franch courier from Chennai contacted me and asked for my address. How could they contact me if my mobile number is only of 9 numbers. Too absurd. Solve my issue.

How cheap courier service is this, this is my second time facing this issue, products are not home delivered in this courier service but they charged for doing home delivery, I seriously make this issue to the core until it gets solved even I wont regret to file a case against this cheap company like franch express. If my issue not resolved i would definently make a complaint and move as per law. Many of the people facing this issue i heard, they said if you want it early come and collect your product, how one courier service could say like this, its their responsibility to deliver the product fastly to the respective places instead they recieved our products and let it in their office until we go and take the product by ourselves. For this only they charge courier fee...?

On October 30th 2023, they have couriered through French Express courier, Chennai. Consignment no:- [protected], But they have not shown a single try for delivering the item, I did not receive any call from them. But several times I made call to the French express courier suppport team. But they didn't listen and not resolved anything....

My courier story
One Diwali batchanam parcel sent through French express courier on 9th Nov. 2023
They had taken immediate action and collect from shop 4 pm in place of 6 pm on same day.
Next two day’s means 10th and 11th they search the target manimangalam 601301.
But unfortunately they had failed to search the target, they think the pin code is wrong.
Then Next two day’s means 12th and 13th they had enjoyed the Diwali holiday’s.
Next two day’s mean 14th and 15” they had taken that parcel and try to delivery at target as soon as possible but heavy rain, what can do? Even the heavy rain they decide to deliver on 15th Nov. at any cast. But unfortunately the parcel was unable to delivery by them due to the driver refuse to take the parcel. Now today they again trying to deliver the parcel by compromise with driver. Manager going today at the spot to solve the problem immediately and despatch the parcel as soon as possible at the target manimangalam.
Actualy the Manimangalam is only 10km from tambaram. And daily through bus available for manimangalam in every 3hrs. the duration is maximum 40 min. and cost is maximum 50/-.
But I choose french express courier for safe delivery and paid 240/- for local chennai.
The pin code is also correct & confirmed. Even one new person in Chennai also search through google. The manimangalam is clear very address and the ashirvad flat also shown in google map clearly. The actual fact is the all driver’s are refuse to taken the parcel. And the driver’s not in under control of the concern department. Only if the driver accept the parcel, it will reach the target immediately.
Now 8th day today 16th Nov 2023 Let us see what happened?

One local Parcel booked on 9th nov 2023 from Selaiyur Tambaram chennai 600059. to Manimangalam Tambaram chennai 601301. The Actual delivery date is 10th Nov 2023 but after 6 days not yet delivered. Today is 7th day they again promised for sure delivery. The parcel contains Diwali Sweets and its cost is nearly 2, 500/-, now Diwali is completed. i think The sweets are mostly expired. The delivery holding person name is Gokul. Who is roughly talk to me. Also charges collected from me is too high. Rs. 240/-. They could not know what is urgency. Why we are giving so much amount for local area. and they could not know how to handle food items. Very careless people. today 15th nov. 2023 yet i am waiting for delivery. i advice them to don't play with food items. thanking you.

My dad sent an important documents to me from kumbakonam in the date of 3rd Nov to Bangalore.
It has been more than 8 days now, till the courier was not delivered.

When I called the courier person in the number [protected], he told he will get it tomorrow on 6th nov.
When I called him yesterday, he started shouting at me saying I have to come pickup the courier.

I tried reaching the company's customer care, they never answered my calls till now.

If the company is this bad, why are they even running the service.

My important documents is in the courier and noone is responding for the same.

Kindly help me with the needful action

Dr. Siddha from Karaikudi I selected a French courier to send a medicine for quick delivery I sent the courier on 01.11.2023 but the courier did not arrive quickly the next day instead it arrived on 04.11.2023 so I could not give the medicine to my patient at the correct time and even after returning it to me I have not received the correct response. I am very sorry not delivered from the courier office very very bad service this french express (tracking ID-[protected])

Booked a courier with Franch Express Courier on 28/09/2023 in Chennai city from Madippakkam to Anna Nagar for a distance of 17 kms,
Parcel contained urgent medicines needed for my aged father,
Parcel supposed to be delivered on 29/09/2023
Delivery person did not come but mentioned in the comments section of tracking details that door was locked,
Even after following up with Franch Express consumer care multiple times issue not resolved,
Parcel not delivered,
Customer care asked me to go to Thirusoolam hub and collect the parcel,
As of now they said parcel will be delivered only on Tuesday 03/10/2023,
Unreliable and unreasonable service,
