Franch Express Courier — consignment is not delivered to receiver

I have booked one consignment from chennai to bangalore. (Ref. No.[protected].)

(To address: courier address: zerodha, #153/154, 4th cross, jp nagar 4th phase, (Opp. Clarence school), bangalore - 560 078).

Customer is asking me when the consignment will be received. And i hope french express will deliver a consignment as soon as possible. But still now the status is showing as "out for delivery".

Will you able to deliver this consignment at right to right person?
Will we continue our booking with french express?

Please let me know when it will be delivered to my receiver.
