During opening an account they said no charges. Now I stoped trading in february since then they are deducting whatever amount there in the wallet as well as wallet showing rs - 165 balance.

Its really cheating. I think I should withdraw my mutual funds if it is goes on like this

    There is a difference in the Invested amount showing in Kite and Console in Zerodha, I have raised a ticket and they keep closing it saying its resolved but the issue still continues. It's 6 working days now and the issue still persists. Its scary as they are changing the investment amount themselves, where is the compliance here.

    Resolution: My report be corrected and how can they tamper manually with the investment amount and how can it keep changing. what about compliance here.

    The same is still not resolved and the customer support is giving me all useless answers. the are not even aware of the problem and just closing the ticket. everytime they give a reply which is not true.
    they are changing my investment amount from backend whenever they please.

        Zerodha — Short selling cheating second time

        , I recently short sold IOLCP at 2.45 pm I was not able to buy it back nor convert half the position. Later when I called customer care he was so rude and couldn't explain the situation properly. After many research I got to know it was a short delivery. I as an investor was not aware of such terminology later was shocked to see my investment amount of approx 4.30 lakh disappeared and shows a loss of 1.09 lakh. This is situation is unfair...

        Zerodha did incorrect evaluation of my trading account and have showed. I have raised SEVERAL tickets and escalations but they are either ignored or moved to resolution pending status since over a month now!

        My Bharat Bond ETF April 2032 order amounting to 1L was processed on Dec 9 via Zerodha Coin, when my money got deducted but the same has still not been credited to my demat account. I raised a Ticket [protected] on Jan 03, it is now 1 month and I have got no solution for the same.               My client id. Is NC8184. On 20/12/2021, I bought PE option of nifty 16600 for 7 lots. I tried many times to sell the order, order did not get executed.                   I did not use my zerodha account for last one year and now I find that it is deactivated. I have raised ticket, sent email and talked to call centre but finding pathetic response. When their business depends on customers, such a poor response is really amazing to see....

                  Hello All,
                  Its humble request to stay away from such platform, i registered my emandate for my SIP it went through the first month, but the second month there was no confirmation from zerodha that the emandate was failed, and their very conveniently replies to make a transfer via UPI, had i not checked my account i would have missed my SIP.

                  I regret using Zerodha.
