Franch Express Courier — Delivery AWB NO:[protected]

I need to know the status of the above consignment. Your service centre are useless and they don’t have the status. I was asked to call [protected] n[protected], both the numbers are wrong. Another number [protected] which continuously ringing. It’s my daughter’s music examination records which has to reach Annamalai university by 15th December. I had sent it via express courier by paying INR 150. Status in online still reflects intransit. Need to know had this been delivered
