Franch Express Courier — delivery | |
I ve sent courier from pollachi to bangalore on 10th oct 2017. Today is 17th oct till now courier not received. When i called multiple time to customer care there were no response. Customer care person is very rude and she dropped phone in middle of the conversation. Delivery services is very worst, they real don't know what is customer care and shouting the customer. Why so much delay ?
We send document by courier to speedy delivery.
But, it is worst than Government Postal Department.
The delay is acceptable.
I want explanations.
