Franch Express Courier — Rat Bite my parcel and eat inside things

I send some food products like baby Cerelac powder, ghee, hair wash powder, idly powder around 3.5 kg. Franch express courier charged me Rs 240 for this parcel. Madurai to Bangalore courier.

I reported to Delivery person about rat bite outside of my parcel. He replied so rude like parcel packed so badly that's why and he didn't listen what am trying to say.

I reported to courier office, but no response still now
