[Resolved]  Franch Express Courier — Regarding Undelivered Courier Request for Action

Dear Sir,

We sent a courier parcel on 05.03.2026. Due to an issue, the parcel has not been delivered to the intended recipient at the given address.

We checked with your branch, but there has been no proper response. We were informed that the courier was delivered; however, the acknowledgement provided is unclear and not satisfactory.

We kindly request you to take necessary action to:

Confirm who received the courier with proper proof of acknowledgement, or
Rebook the parcel and return it to the sender’s address at the earliest.

Please look into this matter urgently and update us.
